Enjoy making the best beach memories in this gorgeous, three-story beach home! This home offers plenty of extras that will allow friends and family to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The first and main level of the home is where the kitchen, living room, and dining area are located. The open layout makes it easy to stay together with your group. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious beach snacks and finger foods and savory full course meals for the group. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar adds four more spaces. Kick back and relax on the sofa after a sun-filled day at the beach or at the sparkling shared pool. This level features a laundry room with your very own washer/dryer combo, one bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. On the second floor, you'll come across a bedroom with a king bed and an on-site kitchenette and en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom. And last, but not least, the upper level offers a well-equipped living area with a large flatscreen TV, a bedroom with two double beds, another bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed, a full bathroom, and another kitchenette. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
