The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy casual dining after a day at the beach.

Guests will love the private balcony spaces, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation while enjoying the peaceful resort setting. The condo also includes a dedicated vanity/workspace area, updated flooring throughout, and a bright coastal bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination.

PET-FRIENDLY UNIT
This unit welcomes pets—specifically dogs, weighing less than 30 pounds—with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While dogs are allowed in the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.

This condo is on the second floor. Please note that there are stairs required to access the unit. There is no elevator available. -YOU MUST BE 25 YRS OR OLDER AND STAY TO BOOK! -If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group. -
-We do not hold keys to mailbox units and cannot guarantee the delivery of packages or mail during your stay. We highly recommend not sending mail or packages to the property.
Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking. -To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area. -Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection. This unit does not come with beach service. Although you can purchase beach service at the beach for an additional fee. Owner has provided beach chairs, golf clubs and balls, two pickleball paddles and balls for your use during your stay!

You will receive a door code via email within 48 hours of check-in, ensuring a contactless and convenient check-in experience. Arrive by car or plane. If arriving by plane, your closest airport is Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). The nearest private airport is Destin Executive Airport (DTS). Uber or Lyft are the best options for transportation to resort if you are flying.
