Located on the 8th floor, there is a king-sized bed in the master, a queen bed with a mini-kitchen, and a private balcony access in the second bedroom, and the 3rd guest bedroom has a queen bed, or you can have 2 twin beds. and a queen sleeper sofa in the Livingroom. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Chan’s Market Café brews Starbucks Coffee, and is open for breakfast every morning at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach – Chan’s offers everything from salads to sandwiches to pizza.

Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
