Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 5th floor end unit located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features new king mattress 2023; cable TV; ceiling fan; blackout drapes; attached master bathroom with oversize walk-in shower and double vanity.
Second bedroom features 2 full size beds; cable TV; ceiling fan.
Living room has cable TV, ceiling fan.
Fully equipped kitchen (including small maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.
Complimentary WIFI

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $50.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)


Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Vacation with the grandsons

Very clean and good location to everything. Check in and check out a breeze. Stocked well with utensils cookware dishes. Ample space for the four of us. Beach was wonderful not crowded and the complimentary beach setup was perfect. Only suggestion I have is the partition on the balcony did not close so for those sleeping in the living room had early daylight so curtains would be nice in its place. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Thank you!!

Great Location

Great location - closer to the water than most other condos on the shore - it was fun being able to watch dolphins from the balcony every morning. Communication was excellent, answered my questions in a matter of minutes by email. Unit was exactly as described, very spacious for a family of 4. Clean and well stocked, the kitchen had everything you might want. Having assigned beach seating was awesome - no need to run down and reserve your space in the morning. Tennis/pickleball courts were in great shape and we never had to wait to use them. If you've never been to Destin before, just be prepared for interesting driving. Maybe it's worse in spring break season, but you will need to be on your toes and a little more aggressive than a midwesterner is used to.

Wonderful family vacation spot

The unit was amazing. Spacious, fully stocked kitchen, HUGE balcony on the fifth floor with an exceptional view. My only complaint is the gigantic cock roaches. Every night they were on the balcony, which is expected I guess, but then we killed two inside the unit. May need to hire an exterminator to keep them disgusting 3ā€ pests out!

A Lovely Week

We loved being located right on the beach, and we noticed the attention to detail in our condo...a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, with everything prepared for us. The weather was so nice and our favorite place was sitting in our comfortable balcony chairs drinking coffee and watching for dolphins.

Great property in a good location. Well stocked kitchen, linens and beautifully decorated. Advertised as queen beds in 2nd bedroom which are full beds instead. This was an inconvenience with sleeping arrangements. Overall, I would recommend this property.

I finally have time to write this. I took my 3 boys (twins 6 their brother 8) and then invited my sister because she was in need of a vacation. All of us enjoyed the condo, the beach and the pool. Going for crabs at night thrilled my boys and thoroughly entertained my sister and made me smile big and deep. The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean, modern, and furnished with more than was needed. It was obvious the owners care for their condo. The view - pictures do not do it justice. We are planning to come back again. For me, this vacation completely rejuvenated me.

This property is right on the water and has a large balcony facing the water. While sitting in the master bed, on the couches, on in the kitchen you have a view that appears to be right on the water. The property had all supplies in the kitchen from pans for pizza or pans for muffins to wine openers to alcohol mixers/ shot or double shot measuring tools. There wasnā€™t one thing that we needed that the property didnā€™t provide. The pillows in the guest room were a little flat and would recommend to bring your own. We brought our own throw blankets too. Some nights it was slightly cool after a rain or crisp air in the morning. They even had a few boogie boards and beach chairs on the balcony. It was perfect to have the provided chairs and umbrella provided by the rental company. We put our name on the list the first day and it was set up and ready for us each day of our reservation. Definitely will be back again!

Fantastic

The condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the quiet beach and included beach chairs. The view from the balcony is perfect. We saw dolphins while having our morning coffee. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Awesome condo

This was our first trip to the panhandle and we are so glad we picked Destin. This condo was fantastic! While the pictures were great, it was even better in person. The ocean view and sound of the waves topped it all off. The floors could have been cleaner, but, we totally understand the sand issue. Other than that, no complaints. Loved our trip. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place!
