FLOORPLAN
⭐Enjoy the spacious floor plan of this luxury home with telescoping sliding doors that allow guests to open both the living room and primary master bedroom to a large screened-in Florida room. Take advantage of the outdoor bbq island while sipping afternoon cocktails or lounging outside. The open kitchen inside provides everything any chef or baker could need, complete with an ice maker and wine cooler! You'll also find a piano in the living room for those looking to WOW their guest!

BEDROOMS
The primary master bedroom features an inviting King size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a Jacuzzi tub. There is also access to the screened-in lanai from this bedroom.
Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed
Bedroom 4 offers 2 full-size beds with direct access to the shared hall bathroom.
Unwind from a busy beach day with each room providing large flat-screen TVs and plush mattresses in every room.

DESTINY EAST GATE COMMUNITY
⭐Discover amenities abound at the exclusive community of Destiny East. This community with public beach access just down the street features 2 community pools, a tennis court, a fitness center, an expansive clubhouse with a movie theater, an outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area, a children's playground, and walking trails. The home comes equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon, and 4 bikes all stored in the garage to enjoy the walk to our nearby emerald gulf waters of Destin.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access and gate code along with additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply limited bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides private Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. Our Wi-Fi signals may not be optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ No street parking is allowed after 1 am. A citation will be issued per HOA rules if a vehicle is parked on the street after this time. If a citation is issued on the same vehicle two nights in a row, then the vehicle will be towed at the guests' expense. You can rent a golf cart, but please note that it must occupy one of your parking spaces and be stored in the garage overnight. There is no overflow parking. The HOA rules also state: No boats, trailers, campers, or motorhomes are allowed.

BEACH ACCESS
⭐ The closest public beach access is at James Lee Park. This is approximately an 11 min walk or a 1-minute car ride. Parking is first come first serve here. You will find picnic shelters, public restrooms, and the Crab Trap Restaurant at this beach access.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and a fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
