"We stayed on Las Pitas for three days. We had great time. I really recomended and will be back. We didnt pay a lot for room but we have everything from Maine hotel. Breakfast was like a feast. I never experience suche a good brakfast. All Staff great. No waiting and people around very polite. I recomend for families as there is a lot to do for kids."

"I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there)....

"The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful. The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. "Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...
