The space
Your Luxury awaits you; Wake up in your Duxxaina king bed and sip your favorite brew looking at the snowcapped mountains in the spacious 224sqft master with a 180sqft bath and walk-in closet. then deluge yourself with a rain shower in the 6ft long custom built shower. The 58 inch TV is smart, has all the apps plus HBO , Amazon Prime, Netflix ,Disney+ etc. and has fast wifi.

The queen bedroom is adorned with awesome views of the beautiful landscaped backyard and mountains. the 50 inch smart TV and cozy Westin heavenly bed is so comfy you won't want to leave.

The 3rd King bedroom is zen style leaving you meditating for hours in a Westin heavenly bed creating the right space for relaxation and rejuvenating.

This luxury home is fully equipped with all the luxury you need. The kitchen has real Italian made dinnerware, Nice wine glasses, snifters, wine and cognac dispenser/bottles.

No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

All Guest must be registered via airbnb platform, violation of this may result in denial of stay without refund. this city ordinance is enforced and required for short term stays. House rules enforces this as well for safety reasons.

Smoking:
Smoking is a Violation and subject to a $500 fine

Vehicles: If you are driving to visit us and have a car that leaks oil please park it on the street, it's free. If the car leaks oil on the brand new concrete in the drive way or in the garage you agree to pay for the damage.

Check-in/Check-out
If we can accommodate you we will do so but sometimes it just isn't possible. late check out is $50 per hour 2 hour maximum . See more in the guest manual at check in

The Spa:
is $35 dollars per day for as many days as you stay. Please let us know if you'll be using the spa in advance. Please use this amenity responsibly. you should shower before each use and turn lights and jets off after each use. Thank you for abiding by this house rule

First Aid kit
You'll find the first aid kit and flashlight in the left top draw on island.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Hiking is a few minuets away the famous Desert Hills Outlets are just 20 minuets away, Joshua Tree is 40 min and Palm desert is 20 min. You have garage and driveway parking, street parking is free.
