We provide for all our guests bed linen, including sheets,pillow cases, towels and free WI-FI.

The Montemurro family is pleased to make available to its customers, a wonderful terraced head house, located 5 minutes walk from the center and the beaches of Desenzano, a renowned town south of Lake Garda.

The house, inserted in a very quiet context only 10 minutes by car from the center and the beaches
It is composed as follows:
Ground floor: fully equipped open plan kitchen, large living room and service bathroom
First floor: double bedroom with private bathroom, two single bedrooms with shared bathroom and balcony
Second floor: attic with two beds and a bathroom
Underground floor: garage and laundry
The accommodation is also equipped with small gardens with sun loungers.

In addition to the private garage, guests have access to many free, unattended parking spaces outside the property.

The wonderful apartment is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.
The accommodation is available both in summer, we have air conditioning, and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.

I am flattered by the beautiful walk to the lake with a splendid and unique panorama, almost sea.
The main square of Desenzano has to stop for boats of hundreds of tourists during the summer season.

 Desenzano is not only a tourist city, it is true and alive in the city, preferred living room for the weekend, shopping in the outlet, it is buying and even the whole year.
The inside road that runs parallel in the Lake front that leaves from the Sixteenth-century Malvezzi Plaza, offers more than a kilometer of food and drink, cafe and specialized places with snacks and some music live after dinner.

With a trip of one day, from Malcesine you can find the Cableway for climbing on Mount Baldofrom for then to come down on the fabolus paths.

By car
From highway A4 Turin / Venice, tollbooth Desenzano and follow the directions (about 3 km).
By train
You can find the station called Desenzano and the train arrives in the center.
By plane:
It takes 1 hour (35 Km) to Verona and Bergamo airport, by the highway.
