Elegantly furnished with a touch of classic charm, the apartment is on the first floor and spread over two levels, accommodating up to 8 guests. It offers two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—plus two sofa beds for two people each. There are also 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. This apartment is ideal for large families and those traveling with children.



Outside Villa Colli Storici, you’ll find a spacious garden with centuries-old olive trees, a shared pool (open June to October), and comfortable sun loungers. The nearest restaurant is just a 4-minute walk away (300 m), and the closest supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2.2 km). The equipped beach "La Zattera" is a 15-minute walk (1.1 km).



Parking is available on the property. Daily cleaning service is available on request and for an extra fee. The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00, and staff are at your complete disposal during these hours for any questions or needs. We recommend using a car for getting around.
