It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with 2 single beds, as well as two sofa beds for two people. The flat also has 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped living room and kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The flat is ideal for large families and families with children. Outside Villa Colli Storici you will find a large garden with ancient olive trees; at your disposal there is also a shared swimming pool (from June to October) and comfortable deckchairs. The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute walk away (300 m); the first supermarket is a 4-minute drive away (2.2 km). It is possible to reach the equipped beach "La Zattera" with a 15-minute walk (1,1 km).
