Super convenient spot for airport or valair!
This place is the perfect for concerts at the balroom!, got a flight the next morning? Its only 5 minutes away from airport! Very very clean spot and The hose is Very Responsive and will answer most of your questions around fhe area! Will book this place again with the boys! Thanks derek!

!!LOOK NO FURTHER - THIS IS IT!!
This property and the hosts really made for an incredible visit to Des Moines, Iowa. The hosts went out of their way to ensure the property was ready for us a day earlier than anticipated. The house and property were flawlessly maintained and extremely comfortable. With three bedrooms, two baths, large fenced yard, and a basement full of games like table tennis, this is the perfect place for an active family. Not to mention, its location in an extremely safe and walkable area. The State Capital and Arts District are approximately 17 minutes away. Restaurants and major retailers are 10 minutes away. Oh, and if travelling with your 4-legged, fur Angel, look no further! This is THE property for you. Our Sheltie loved the large, fully fenced backyard! Additionally, 10 minutes down the road, is "Paws & Pints," a $10M dollar off-the-chart dog park. Located on 4.4 acres, this immaculately maintained park offers a full bar and restaurant for you while your pup chows down on a homemade selection from the dog menu. This park is sparkling clean in all areas, at all times, with indoor and outdoor dog parks, comfortable seating areas, boarding and spa, Bonetique, training, etc. Given this VRBOs cordial hosts, extremely reasonable rate, comfort, quality, exceptional amenities, and location, we would give this property 10+ Stars if we could! If you want a relaxing vacation with great amenities and everything nearby, this property is THE ONLY place to stay when in West Des Moines.

70's Birthday Bash
Our stay could not have been better. The location was perfect! We enjoyed early morning coffee on deck & late night conversation around the table. Our only suggestion, consider moving the dishes, coffee cups & bowls to the pantry cupboard. We were a rather heighth challenged group so it was a stretch. Thank you for a great stay!

Softball tournament
This house was perfect for our national softball tournament. It was not far from the fields. It was everything we need and more. They kids enjoyed the game room! If we were not playing softball they were down stairs playing games! Tons of memories were made this week! I would highly recommend this house and will be hitting this house up again when we go back!! A million out of a million stars!

My only hurdle was spotty WiFi but the owner was working on that with the cable company. Wonderful simple stay.
