Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this home is your perfect basecamp for exploring the Des Moines metro. You’re minutes from the best shopping and dining in Clive, Waukee, and Urbandale, offering an incredible variety of restaurants, breweries, and boutiques.
Everything you need is right at your fingertips, with major grocery and retail stores less than five minutes away. While you get the peace of a quiet street, you’re still just a quick 10-minute trip to Jordan Creek or just over 15 minutes to downtown thanks to instant access to I-80 and I-235, making travel throughout the city a breeze.

**NOTE** We can comfortably host groups of up to 13. To help accommodate everyone, our living areas include four couches that can be used as extra sleeping spots. If you plan on having more than 13 guests, please reach out to us first so we can help make sure everyone has a comfortable stay!

~ ADDITIONAL NOTES ~ • Events and parties are NOT allowed. Excessive noise and guests over the allowed amount will be subject to a $1,000 fine. This home is in a very high end neighborhood and we want to be respectful neighbors to the family • Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the home. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. • Pets are allowed with $150 fee. Please add your pet into your search along with guest count prior to booking. • There is a fee of $15 per guest per night after 6 guests
Guest will access the home through the front door using a smart lock code that is provided at 11am on the day of check in.
SECURITY: There is a ring doorbell located on the exterior next to the front door facing the front step landing and yard that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety. If the device is tampered with the reservation may be cancelled with no refund.
By booking you authorize penalty fees for smoking, parties, unauthorized pets/guests etc to be charged if discovered. Please read house rules for full details on penalty fees. By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed below:
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the home. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Unruly Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am.
3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.
4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.
5. A lost, missing, or damaged key or fob (if property uses keys/fobs) has a replacement cost of $75 each
6. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you`d like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.
7. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you`d like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in.
8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
11. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
12. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

Our stay in this lovely, clean and spacious home, was perfect. Our host was very attentive and reachable. My grown kids were able to spread out and enjoy their own comfy rooms and beds. The fenced in backyard, was a bonus for our pups to enjoy. Due to rain and cold, we could not use the outdoor entertainment area, but what a great area.

Dan was very helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong week and had to reshedule. Very comfortable beds. Thick walls! My brother is a famously loud snorer and I couldn't hear him at all the next bedroom over. Lol! My whole family agreed that the house looks even better than the pictures in person. Thanks for a great stay!
