On the ground floor (65 m²), it features a bedroom with a double bed, an adjoining bathroom with a shower/toilet, and a fully equipped, high-quality ALNO country-style kitchen. You can self-cater or indulge in fine Rhön cuisine at the country hotel "Zur Grünen Kutte." The lower floor also features a large living and dining room with a cozy fireplace. The entire house is equipped with modern underfloor heating. On the upper floor (45 m²), there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. In front of the house, you can relax on the terrace. Children can have fun in the adjacent children's playground with a slide, suspension bridge, swings, and much more.
