"Cleaning staff is quite noisy. Breakfast should be served at a more reasonable time, perhaps between 7 and 10 a.m., instead of the current 6 to 9 a.m. The folding bed is outdated and uncomfortable, and the springs are felt. Instead of providing numerous shampoo and conditioner bottles, consider offering lotion bottles as well. Additionally, the air conditioner does not blow cold air."

"I liked clean room & daily fresh towels. Parking is good although sometimes guests park in front of my room & i have to then haul my suitcases to only spot I could get against the fence. Not usual occurance but frequent enough to be annoying. Refrigerator is good but it nearly freezes everything on the lowest setting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again."

"This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

"Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The homes were clean and stocked with what you need. Beds were relaxing. Sleeping upstairs is...

"There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve "

"The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was outdated and the sink area was covered with faux wood that was peeling. Although, I didn't get to experience the pool, I had a beautiful view from the room and the dining area. The breakfast was good and included: bacon, eggs, toast, bagels, potatoes, juice, coffee, yogurt. The staff was also pleasant. Overall, it's a solid hotel if you don't mind if it's a bit dated."
