You can reserve listings 453876 and 991315 together to give you 20 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms that will accommodate up to 40 guests.

This new home is located in an older, quiet beach neighborhood away from main roads and traffic. The beach entrance is right around the corner from the home (about 600 ft) and is one of the most popular surfing beaches in the area. The home features plenty of gathering space and privacy with a partial blue ocean view from master bedroom and sandy beach for miles.

The home features 10 bedrooms
plus a private media room and 8 bathrooms with Continuous hot water assuring you never run low on hot water. All 13 queens/kings feature new luxury European pillow top mattresses and luxurious linens. No bunk beds or sofa beds in the home makes it perfect for reunions and corporate guests alike. No steps into the main level make it perfect for those with mobility issues as well.

The main level features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, gathering room, huge kitchen, dining, laundry, heated swim spa and hot tub allowing guests with mobility issues to remain actively involved with the rest of the group and easily retire to their room only a few feet away when desired.

Gathering room features sofas, love seat, chairs surrounding a large gas fireplace and the 70-inch television making this home ideal for football games and holiday gatherings.

The kitchen/dining/gathering area is wide open for entertaining allowing your entire group to interact and entertain with plenty of room for everyone. The professional kitchen features a huge 16-foot quartz table/ island that doubles as a conference table with a full view of the gas fireplace and 70-inch television for meetings, presentations or sharing family videos. Enjoy movies on Netflix, Blu-Ray and right from your smartphone.

* Kitchen features contemporary cabinets, quartz counter tops and Viking Professional appliances with a 5-burner gas range that supports restaurant sized cookware, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 stainless refrigerators, small appliances, cookware, dishes, 2 waffle irons, coffee makers, and more.

Upstairs features an open billiard room and a small media room for adults to get away or to keep the kids entertained for hours with gaming and movies.
There are 6 bedrooms that have private baths. The master features a jetted tub with see-through fireplace and ocean views. Each bedroom features a queen or king bed, flat screen TV and cable channels. Some rooms have 2 queens.

Located next to the deck, the 19 foot swimming spa features adjustable current from 0- 950 gallons per minute challenging even the best swimmers, while the hot tub has seating for 8 with lots of jets and separate heater to keep the hot tub and swim spa at ideal temperatures. The deck area features a gas BBQ, outdoor dining/gathering tables and fire pit with high intensity lighting to entertain into the evenings.

Just minutes from Salishan Golf and Spa Resort and the whale watching capital of Depoe Bay, where whales come within a couple hundred feet of shore.

Perfect for a Family Reunion

This home is well set up, has a well stocked kitchen. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, spices. Very clean. So many bathrooms! The swim spa was a huge hit. Short walk to the beach. Loved the huge table - small groups played board games or did art projects. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) Thank you.

Great for large groups

We rented both houses to accommodate 40 people for a friend's 50th birthday party. The layout of the houses are great for large groups; tons of bedrooms and a bathroom in nearly every room, so very comfortable. The kitchens were well-stocked and the hot tubs were fantastic. Proximity to the beach was great! My only criticism was the parking situation, and a few things in the homes weren't working properly (one microwave wasn't working, not all burners on the gas stove were working, one of the ovens wouldn't light, and the smoke alarms in both homes went off every time we cooked (yet there was no smoke). The biggest issue was parking. The houses accommodate 40 people, but there is only enough parking for 10 cars (five at each house, and is strictly enforced). We had people coming from all over (various states), so we had a lot of cars. I don't feel like the parking policy is fair for the size and capacity of the homes, and especially for the amount of money paid for these properties. Street parking was strictly prohibited and there were no good alternative options. This was a continual issue for our large group. Again, when a house accommodates 40 people, they should provide adequate parking. Overall, we had a great experience and I can only imagine trying to manage such large homes with so many guests, so the few things that didn't work weren't a huge issue. I would recommend these houses for large groups, but hopefully they can figure out good alternative parking.

Late check-in and early check out. We paid for pet and cleaning deposit. When we arrived we found a literal laundry list of items to be cleaned before 10:00 a.m. check out. Water heater kept alarming when it went off line 4-6 times a day and night. Jetted tub did not work. Smoke alarms were beeping constantly upon arrival. T.V.'s in several rooms did not work. Barbecue had no propane and had to purchased. Very little toilet paper and no soap or shampoo. No paper towels or trash bags. All had to be purchased. Property was 2 blocks from the beach and had no view. The neighborhood was very shabby and unkept. We paid far to much for this property. We should receive a partial refund on the cleaning deposit, pet deposit for all the cleaning we did. We should also be refunded for the first and last days due to late check-in and early check out. At an average of $?,???.00 a day, this property with all it's problems and location combined with laundry list of cleaning prior to departure, I would warn anyone who wants to rent this property. I believe I should receive a refund of $?,???.?? which is 2 days rent. Buyer beware.

Lots of room close to beach

Enjoyed having lots of sleeping space. The kitchen set up was tight but the trade off was we could all sit and eat together. Kitchen was well stocked except a few key elements: salt, anything to juice a lime with, the blender jar. Easy walk to a great beach.

Nice house but the fees are not worth it!

We had a large group of family stay at the house for a long weekend. The first thing we noticed was that the A/C was not able to cool the house, even on days where the temps were in the 60’s. It made it hard to sleep at night, especially for those upstairs. The rooms were tiny, though it was nice that many had bathrooms attached. We opened the swim spa and hot tub and saw a lot of sand in the bottom, as well as stuff floating!in them. The cost for the spa/hot tub cleaning was insanely high. I emailed them about this issue while we were there, and they asked if I called someone. When I said no, they didn’t respond further. They didn’t refund any of the cleaning fees, or even apologize for it. The beach access is close however it is a tough walk down the slope and rocks for those with mobility issues. All in all, it worked for us, but the high fees for the property and the lack of cleanliness made it not worth it. There are other big properties with better locations and lower fees.

An excellent place for family gathering

We enjoyed our stay very much! The accommodations met our needs very well. There were no problems with the kitchen, bathrooms, and other facilities. The supervisor at Together Resorts called me the week prior to our visit to answer questions which was very helpful. We did not have a need to call the local property manager during our stay. We would be happy to come back again.

Just move on to the next property.

The property was cold and uninviting. The location wasn’t great and the description did not match what we actually saw when we got there. There were NOT nice linens as the add mentioned. The add Also points out that there is a media room which has a destroyed couch and a tv (not even a smart tv) with no blue ray player/fire stick etc… or anyway to watch anything. Accommodations were awful. This place was bare bones at best. If you stay here you better bring your own foil 🙄. I would expect us to have a little more accommodation given its such a big property advertised as Replace the evening go and actually be able to use the property. Half of the appliances didn’t work and

Family time at the beach

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house And the responsiveness of the support. the house was well supplied for our needs however there were a couple of things that were less than they should be The yard was a disappointment weeds and blackberries making it necessary to keep the children from the yard. Even though the Hot tub guy Came again after we saw sand in the bottom an hour after he left the sand was back in there And we had not gotten yet I guess they need to replace the filters

So much fun!

Joe was available for questions and bery helpful. We had plenty of room for our 15 children and grandchildren to make and eat meals together, do crafts and play games. Everyone loved the oversized hot tub. We made wonderful memories.

Perfect Large Family House

We have rented this house 2 years in a row now. Positives: This house is perfect for a large group gathering. We LOVE all the bedrooms, beds and bathrooms, 2 fridges/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2ovens and the large table to sit together while eating and playing games. The hotub/swim spa is a great to have on cold nights too. The communication with the “local” manager is good. The store down the road is super convenient for last minute groceries. The negatives: for 2 years now the barely lukewarm water for showering is beyond annoying. The road the house is on is SOOO rutted, we actually had to turn down another road and go around the block to reach the house. And although the house is pretty clean, I was a tad disturbed when I dropped a lid that landed slightly under the oven/range. It was DISGUSTING underneath it and had definitely not been cleaned or cleared out anytime recently, also my sister found hair in her tub/shower. Also, although the walk to the beach isn’t far and completely doable. The trail down to the beach is a bit more tricky and probably not doable for those that are unsteady on their feet or have some mobility issues. We actually went to rent it again next year, but unfortunately they raised their rate and priced us out.

Overall, it is a really nice place. The hot tub/ pool spa was a BIG hit! It is a very nice place for a large family. It was clean, but not deep clean. There were items from other renters under some of the furniture and the laundry areas were not very clean.

A great house for all ages!

Really enjoyed being able to be together as a family!! Loved the Spa, the kitchen is great but need better instructions how to use the dishwashers. They don’t seem to work very well!!. Nice there are so many bedrooms and baths but seems they should have extra toilet paper in the house! Only had 3 rolls for the whole house. Rent should include essential supplies!! Overall, it is a great house snd I hope to be able to use it again sometime!

Family Gathering

This place is PERFECT for large gatherings where people want/need their own room (and ensuite as many rooms have baths attached). We had some minor annoyances. The “welcome email” from the property management company was full of misinformation. The code to unlock was wrong, the WiFi information was wrong and the cell service was VERY limited, so it was difficult to contact the person we needed to (because there was no cell service). Once inside it took us most of the night trying to find the WiFi modem (as we know from past experiences the passcode is usually taped to modem). Once we found the closet it was in, all was good. Everything was clean, beds are comfy and we had no issues on that end. There are 2 fridge/freezers, ovens, dishwashers and washer/dryers. All were in perfect working order, minus 1 freezer that appeared to be having a frosting issue (we didn’t need 2 freezers so it was no big deal for us). We had a couple issues that probably need to be addressed by manager or owner; the house has 2 tankless hot water “tanks”, so theoretically you should never run out of hot water. But several of us took lukewarm showers. We let our contact know. Also, as a hot tub owner, I can safely say that they probably should/need to get a new cover for the swim spa. The walk to the beach is about a block. The trail to beach from street is slightly steep but completely managable. It’s a great beach with not a lot of people. There is a grocery store about a mile away. Parking is strict, so be aware of that. It was a perfect house for us and we are already talking about renting it again!!

Lots of space for a large group, even for all adults. Amazing amenities!

The home was so large and accommodating! Two of just about everything in the kitchen: ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, plus two sets of clothes washers and dryers. Plenty of seating. Everything was clean and ready for occupancy. We did have a few complaints about some minor things that did not work; however, the local manager answered his phone and our questions and got things back in order for us in good timing. One thing to note is that this is not a hotel or motel where the body soaps, shampoos, or even hair dryers are provided. You will need to bring your own. There are, however, hand soaps in all the bathrooms, dish soap and dishwasher pods, and laundry soap as well. We had plenty of hot water for everyone to shower and for the dishes and clothes to get clean. Though the listing is a bit vague on distance to the beach, it was not far; just about a city block or two to get to the path. Our group agreed it was a great place for us all to gather for our family reunion.

Family/friend get away

The house was great. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. When you drive into the neighborhood it looked a little shady. We didn’t have any issues though. Not much privacy while in the backyard. The hot tub/pool looks into neighboring house. That was awkward but we made friends quickly! Little longer walk to the beach then I expected but not inconvenient. We couldn’t get the cable or wi fi to work but that wasn’t a big deal. The 1 real issue was the trash. There were only 4 bags available for 20 people for 3 nights. We had to go buy trash bags. By the time we left the trash cans were overflowing. When we checked in 1 can was almost full to begin with. Overall I would stay again.

We rented this house, and the twin one next door. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, along with the extra large dining table made these houses perfect for our group. Will definitely stay there again.
