This classy, beautifully decorated, updated home is perfect for family trips with 3 bdrm 2 bath comfortably sleeps 6 with two queens and two twins. The open floor plan boasts a completely renovated luxury kitchen with everything a cooking aficionado would want. The dining area opens to a large patio with an extraordinary outdoor kitchen, fire pit and patio furniture. Review of short stay in Centennial

The property was 4 minutes from my home, which was why I selected it for my daughter, son-in-law and 18-month-old granddaughter to stay in. My husband and I visited during the day but returned to our home each evening. Everything was fine, except that we had a terrible time getting the front door lock open. We would never have gotten in but for the owner's ability to unlock the house long-distance. But we had to leave it unlocked after that, just to be sure we could get in. Otherwise, things went smoothly.

Excellent for Family Visit

We had family in town, and this house worked perfectly for their visit. Plenty of space for all. Nice, large kitchen for preparing meals. Made it feel like home.

Labor Day Weekend Stay

We were a group of 6. Older couple with our adult daughter her 2 children and Our adult son. The 4 Bedrooms -3 bathes worked great. The house has everything for a comfortable stay. There is a additional fee for outdoor kitchen and firepit not listed on the details for this VRBO rental that really should be disclosed but other then that location worked great for us!

Great place with alot of space!

Great place with a lot of space for everyone to relax comfortably. Cool basement down stairs with theater room and awesome backyard with outdoor kitchen. They had everything we needed already there!

Wonderful house

We had 9 in our group. Three families in town for softball. The house was perfect. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. Great location in a very nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Graduation gathering

We had out of town family members all stay together, instead of going to a hotel. It allowed for family meals, lots of fun playing games, sitting around the fire pit and great laughs!

Great house and location, extra fees may apply

The house was great for our family of 6. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of seating. The location was convenient for our events, shopping and dining. Sarah was quick to reply with the front door code issues upon check-in and have some minor things fixed and taken care of. Things to note that we were not aware of at the time of booking. There is an extra fee to use the outdoor kitchen and fire-pit. We searched/booked a 4 bdrm/3 bath due to the make up of our party. Since we were only a party of six, she let us know after we booked, we would only have access to 3 bdrms/2 baths. The listing details state it is a 4 bdrm/3 bath, sleeps 12. The description says it’s a 3 bdrm/2 bath that sleeps 6 comfortably. I should have inquired for clarification. For an extra fee, the bdrm/bath downstairs with the 2 twin bunkbeds/1 twin trundle will be unlocked. Overall it was a great weekend and a great place to stay.

Perfect Location and House

Our stay was perfect. We were there for a family wedding. The area was close to shopping, highway, and to our wedding venue. The backyard was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the weather and family. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood but close to many activities, this is the place to stay.

Horrible host. Worst experience with VRBO ever!

House indicted sleeps 12. I was charged per person for guests after 6. After paying for 10 guests, host wanted to charge me more. We parked a 4x6 trailer on side yard on DIRT/mulch and put a lock to secure the trailer. Host violated privacy and checked cameras and tried to add fees for parking the trailer and putting a lock, which she said prevented her from accessing her property that we rented for a lot of money, for one week. She then cancelled our stay the last night, forcing me to gather several children and belongings at midnight since it was after our girls softball tournament games. She threatened to call police on a civil issue. She called me and was so rude that I told her I could not communicate with her unless it was a recorded line or on the VRBO app. She then added that in the VRBO app as if it were her idea. I had to call VRBO several times, who advised me to not pay fees as I was fine parking the trailer and having the lock. Ultimately with the hosts threats, VRBO offered to get us a hotel instead of staying the last night. Beautiful home, but owner/host is not prepared to let people stay there. It was a nightmare!

Great property

Sarah was a fantastic host who clearly communicated how to enter the property and was quick to respond to any answers. Will be checking it out again if we ever need to stay in the area.
