We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Outdoor living
Step into the private backyard and discover a welcoming space for all seasons. Adirondack chairs circle a gas fire pit, creating a cozy spot for evenings under the stars. String lights glow above the patio, adding a soft ambience to outdoor gatherings. Fire up the charcoal grill for summer cookouts and share meals at the dining table when the weather is warm - outdoor furniture is available seasonally from May through September. The lawn is perfect for a game of catch, yard games, or simply stretching out in the Colorado sunshine.

Living spaces
Inside, the home combines fresh country-inspired style with modern comforts. The living room features plush seating and a 65” Smart TV, ideal for family movie nights or game-day gatherings. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. A cozy banquette nook provides the perfect perch for coffee and conversation, while the dining table seats the group for shared dinners.

Sleeping arrangements
With five spacious bedrooms across two levels, everyone has a private place to unwind. Four rooms feature king-size beds with memory foam mattresses, while a fifth room offers a queen. Each bedroom is designed with soft linens, ample storage, and thoughtful touches like reading nooks and blackout curtains. Two bedrooms on the lower level provide extra privacy for guests who prefer a quieter retreat. An additional air mattress with linens is available for larger groups.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms make getting ready simple and stress-free. Both feature clean, modern finishes and generous counter space, stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Game room and extras
Downstairs, a dedicated game room offers entertainment for all ages. Challenge friends to foosball or darts, play a round of board games, or watch a movie on the second Smart TV. A bar-height table makes it a natural place for snacks and drinks. The laundry room is nearby, making extended stays more convenient.

Our home is conveniently located near a variety of amenities, including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, and other retail options. Although renting a car is recommended, you'll find that everything you need is just a short distance away. Enjoy the convenience of having all the necessities close by during your stay.
