Living and gathering spaces
Inside, soaring ceilings and a stone fireplace set the tone for connection. The open-concept design lets conversations flow from the living room to the dining area, where one table offers space for everyone to sit together. A large TV and plenty of seating make movie nights comfortable, while board games, a karaoke machine, and even two fish tanks add touches of playfulness.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms welcome groups of all sizes. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, while Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each feature a king bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed, and Bedroom 5 provides a bunk bed with trundle and a double. Each room is finished with linens, blackout blinds, and extra pillows to support restful sleep.

Bathrooms
With 4.5 bathrooms, mornings and evenings are unhurried. Three ensuite baths include both shower and tub, while an upstairs hallway bath and a half bath on the main floor offer additional convenience. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels are provided.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, and stylish dishware, along with modern appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Coffee is provided for the drip coffee maker, and extras like wine glasses, toaster, hot water kettle, and barbecue utensils make both casual meals and shared dinners easy.

Outdoor living
Several patios and balconies extend the living space outdoors. Settle into seating to watch the sunset, gather around the dining table under the sky, or wander the acreage in peace. Outdoor furniture makes it simple to enjoy long afternoons surrounded by open views.

This home is ready for family stays, with a pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware. Board games provide easy entertainment, while the open layout encourages time spent together.

Safety and access
The property features smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Security cameras are located outside at the front of the house, in the foyer, and in the garage. Guests can check in easily with a keypad entry.

Neighborhood
Though peaceful and secluded, the location is within easy reach of local highlights. Denver International Airport is just 20 minutes away, Barr Lake State Park and The Wild Animal Sanctuary are only 11 minutes, and Downtown Denver is about 45 minutes.

SECURITY CAMERAS: installed outside the property monitoring the front door. There are no cameras inside the property.

FISH CARE: Every Tuesday, a technician will stop by feed the fish and clean the tank. They WILL enter the home with a code.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

FIREPLACE: Please note the fireplaces are NOT operational.
