Perfect in every way! Great property, Great location

Very clean/secure and well-appointed location! The property is walking distance to 2-great coffee shops and tons of fun restaurants. Only blocks away from Coors Field and downtown Denver is just as accessible! The room itself was super-comfy. Great bed, nice little refrigerator/microwave and the host was very responsive to any questions I sent their way. Parking worked, I just had to pay attention to the posted signs (as the host called out in the property listing).

Wonderfully cozy!

This is a wonderful little boutique apartment. It’s perfect for two people to relax. Enjoy a beverage on the quaint private porch. Or take a load off on the bed with a cozy fire. The room clean and nicely appointed. Coffee is provided 24hrs. in the main lobby, but there’s a fabulous, must-visit coffee shop a block away!

OK property, the grounds could have been better taken care of. The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures. There were no tissues, or cups of any kind provided. The internet and TV reception were terrible. It was nice having a private entrance even if it faced the street, it was quiet at night, but there was construction during the day. !

Great little spot

Everything was just as described. Easy walking and scooter access to everywhere. The bed was not very comfortable. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise it was awesome.

Charming Property + Convenient Location

The property and room my partner and I stayed in was truly charming! It had everything we needed, including extra towels, shower products, a mini fridge, and microwave. The location was very convenient and was within short walking distance to multiple breweries and restaurants, as well as a small local market. I have dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy) and the market had options! I’ll only note that the property’s shared common area did not have a full kitchen available as I originally thought. The common area included a seating area and a beverage bar to brew tea or coffee. Property manager provided quick and easy communication. Late check out was not offered during our stay, something to consider when visiting in July. Overall, pleased with our stay.

Great Area, great vibe

Room was perfect size. Cozy and clean. Great area for walking to shops,breweries,market. Just pay attention to parking signs. Closest parking with no time expiration is at least a block away. It can be inconvenient sometimes, but its Denver. Not so much the place. Other than that it is great and easy access.

Great location and communication

We had a great time at the Curtis Park Club. The room was exactly as-advertised and the location is fantastic. Super easy walk into Lodo and the Denver Central Market. Also had great communication with management from the get-go. We got into before check-in and were still able to drop off our bags in a locked location before we checked in. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little spot

This was perfect for what we were needing for our one night stay in Denver. We were able to walk to Coors Field for a game, tons of bars and restaurants, easy street parking and it was a short drive to the airport. It was nice being able to get a cup of coffee from the common area in the morning. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean and the property overall was just adorable. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. We would def stay here again!!

Poor Cleaning

Great location and cute space. Could be improved. It didn't seem like they have done a deep clean in a while and I usually don't notice things like that. There was either dried blood or ketchup on the floor of the bed. With other areas that had not been cleaned in a long time. With Covid you want to know you are staying in a place with good cleaning practices. The walls are also very very thin. It sounded like the guests nearby had a great evening...

Great Stay for Nightlife

The location for this property was perfectly placed in the middle Of RiNo. We walked or scootered to a bunch of places. The room was just enough space for my partner & I. Definitely recommend

I loved my room.

Loved my room but, it would have been nice to have central heating and a working fireplace! However, YES, I find The Curtis Park Place CHARMING! I would stay again.! Everyone needs a second chance to get things that aren’t working corrected! It WASN’T terribly cold so I was able to get by on a Space Heater! If there would have been a storm I’m not so sure the space heater would have been able to keep up.

Review

Overall the property is great but we had some issues during our stay. First off we picked a room with a fireplace in hopes of using it but it didn’t work. There were also issues with the heat in our room, which we were told by someone who works on the property that it was working fine when it’s blowing out cold air. They provided space heaters which is what we used to heat the room during our stay. Also advertised is parking. Parking was not offered To us which meant street parking and street parking around the property is almost impossible to find on the weekends. We also got a parking ticket for not moving our car every two hours. It would also be helpful to have plates and silverware in the room, there were none so we left two forks. Like I said overall I loved The property but there are somethings that should be addressed and taken care of.

Loved it

I loved this little Air BnB! It was very private and comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance of downtown Denver, lots of things to see and do. The house and rooms itself were so cute, they have a modern western theme to them. The fireplaces are nice and cozy in the winter. The hotel offered complementary pastries, yogurts, nutrition bar snacks and juices on Friday Saturday and Sunday. They also offered complimentary wine and Colorado beer daily, as well as cute little instant Polaroid cameras to use for making memories. I would definitely stay here again. Be careful with their new thermostats, they are very touchy and will lock you out if you set them too high or low, I had an issue with mine and the staff addressed it properly for me. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great location and very clean!

I will most definitely stay here again. The location is great and the room was very clean. To top it off the room has a cozy fireplace and the decor is full of modern class. Ill be back
