The space
As you step inside, you’re greeted by a spacious, elegantly furnished living room — perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Featuring an 85” TV, a premium Marantz surround sound system, and a PS5, the space is designed for an unforgettable entertainment experience. Whether you’re watching a movie, enjoying your favorite music, or diving into immersive gameplay, you’ll feel like you’re at the center of it all.

The adjacent chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and features an espresso machine — so you can enjoy fresh, café-quality coffee each morning in the comfort of your own space.

Downstairs, you’ll find the serene Home Cardio & Sauna Zone, outfitted with a rower and stationary bike for energizing workouts. After your session, relax in the private built-in sauna — a luxurious way to recharge.

Sauna can fully heat up to sufficient temperature in 3 hours. We also kindly ask that you avoid using the sauna during the summer months, as it can warm the entire lower level.

A dedicated office space offers a quiet, focused environment for remote work or personal projects — blending functionality with comfort. Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, two external monitors, a printer/scanner, a spacious work desk and ergonomic chair, and a thoughtfully curated library, it’s the ideal setup for staying productive and inspired during your stay.
