Weekend wedding guests
Our party of three adults and three children stayed here while we were in town for a wedding in Thornton. The bedrooms were spread out over three floors so even though the house looked small from the outside, it seemed spacious in the inside. The deck and yard were large enough for us to entertain guests on the first night. Overall experience was great.

Great location
Overall great place to stay. LOVED the large dining room and table that accommodated our large family for meals and game nights! Great location in Denver. Washing machine didn’t work, called property and they sent a repair person but was unable to fix for our stay, Some of the beds need a few more slats for support in which I provided feedback so owners should correct…

Sports weekend
We had a fantastic stay. A beautiful home, well equipped and clean. The location was perfect for getting to stores and downtown. All of my questions were quickly answered. Hope to stay here again next time we go see the Broncos win!

Great stay
We enjoyed our time at the house and really enjoyed how comfortable the setting is. The sofas made the living room perfect and the TVs were great to relax during our downtime. Truly a remarkable place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Colorado!

Travel softball
This house worked for us. Some minor things need attention.. microwave ( worked when it wanted to), mattress downstairs in queen room ( needs a new one) , poison ivy on back porch and drains in tubs didn’t drain well also not a lot of water pressure in showers. All in all we had a great time and did have what we needed. Property management service was very nice and polite. Very easy check in and out.

Good location.
Good location as it was very close to the areas we visited. The online pictures looked great but it's not as nice in person. As soon as a guest laid in her twin bed downstairs, the mattress fell to the floor. (and she was petite). Coffee machine was dirty, I found past guest hairs in my bed. Be sure to check all your locks because most of the bedroom and kitchen locks were open/broken and a window screen was on the ground in the backyard upon arrival. A bit sketchy but maintenance came out the next day and secured the locks. The stay was ok for the time being, however we most likely would not book this property again.
