Charming home

The home was a charming escape in Littleton. We really enjoyed the fireplace/furnace. The home was clean an adequately provisioned, although extra towels would have been nice. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Lovely property.

My family stayed in Littleton for a wedding. Property was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for my family to spread out and enjoy the house. The host was communicative and accomodating. I would recommmend this home.

Week Long Stay for Family Wedding

Great property, high accuracy of listing. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay just outside Denver, intend on staying again for the next extended trip to the area.

Summer visit

My family, parents & brother all stayed at this property for our summer visit with my other sibling. Many familiar shops and restaurants were nearby as well as things we don't have back home in Ohio. The house was very clean and we found ourselves gathering around the kitchen island most days/nights. Small improvements could really make this property amazing (hallway toilet makes a high pitched sound after every flush, knob to turn the shower on was also loose and fell off, dryer lint trap was broken & would not come out to be cleaned, some deck planks were unstable). Our family enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and street. There is a school nearby and my kids would've played on the playground but it was very hot outside! Pauline was very responsive and communicative! I would recommend this house to anyone that needs to stay in the area.

Exactly What We Needed

The house met all of our needs. Space for all guests to sleep and hang out watching TV, chatting, reading, or doing a puzzle. We were in town for a wedding and a Nuggets game. Fun was had by all!

Great stay

Perfect location for activities in the Denver area. Easy access to the front range - within an hour of great hiking. Added bonus is the Highline Canal Trail a block away for running and walking. Would stay again.

Great family rental

The property was clean and spacious. We had two families staying there, and we had plenty of room for sleeping and playing games and hanging out. The property was well stocked and the property manager was easy to work with and easy to contact and quick to respond. I will rent this property again when I am in the Denver area.

Just terrific!

We chose to stay at this property for the weekend of my daughter's wedding (there were seven of us). It was perfect. Spacious, clean and the location was very convenient for our purposes. I highly recommend!

This property is spacious, and in a great location.....very convenient. Property manager was quick to remedy any questions or concerns. We would consider this property again, it can use a bit of updating but nice size and superior location with comfortable beds

Rude, unprofessional property owner

Broken furnace upon arrival, very cold in house for 6 hours, dirty linen and towels piled on washer, only 3 clean towels for 12 adults, property owner asked if we would disconnect hoses or they “would explode”. Shared feedback about only having 3 clean towels and owner responded with several messages suggesting we were lying because she had photo proof. She then offered to “drive an hour” to clean the towels, which we accepted and she said “it’s not necessary because I have proof” you had more than 3 towels. She then suggested I was wasting her time because she was spending precious time with her family. Keep in mind, we paid to rent her property including a cleaning fee. I asked her to share the towel photos and she refused. Very unprofessional and condescending in her messages. We were visiting Colorado for our daughters wedding and had to deal with this property owner’s complete lack of professionalism. I would never recommend anyone rent from this owner. Such a distressing experience during what was supposed to be a happy time for us. I took photos of all of her messages.... as “proof”. If I need to share those, I won’t hesitate so I can help someone else avoid this.

Fit our needs perfectly

Perfect for a family that wants to spread out a bit. We needed a place in Littleton, the location was perfect. Inside was well appointed. Coffee, shampoo, etc provided which was appreciated! Master bathroom shower is a little small. I would suggest enhancing curb appeal a little. (Trim bushes, add ornamental landscaping). I would have liked to check in before 4pm. We had a car full of luggage and people and our flight landed in the morning. Having a spot to drop and freshen up would have been super. Great property overall!

Home Away from Home

What a blessing this place turned out to be for this week! Our large family had Christmas, 2 birthdays and the wedding of our eldest son this week! We were comfy here and had everything we needed! We appreciated the open concept and lovely, simple decor. When it snowed, someone showed up to shovel the drive. The nearby park was great, too! We had electrical issues with 2 bedrooms that were never resolved, unfortunately, but we were so busy having fun we made do without it. Overall a GREAT place which we’ll definitely come back to!
