Escape to this tranquil 4-bedroom boho home on a quiet street in Denver. The stunningly decorated house features a spacious master suite, game room, large dining area, rooftop deck with fire table, BBQ, and a playroom. Accommodating up to 13 guests. With quick access to Denver Metro's main highways, you can easily reach Downtown Denver, Boulder, Golden, and more. This home is the perfect place for families and friends to recharge and spend quality time together in between adventures.

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. If you need assistance, we are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We're happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will not enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

The entire home will be yours. Please make yourself at home! Please note that guests do NOT have access to the garage.

For easy access, please park on the driveway located on 54th Avenue. This will lead you directly to the property entrance door in the back which has keypad access. Please do not enter through the door on Irving Street. It does not provide access and should not be used.

Upon entering this gorgeous home, you will be greeted by the gorgeous, updated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances! With a double oven there is enough space to cook for everyone! This open concept design then flows into the bohemian inspired living room complete with a flat screen TV and a wooden, nest chair! There is ample amount of seating for your group!

Just past the kitchen to the left is a full size bathroom. It features a tub, toilet, and sink. It is stocked with toiletries for your convenience.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Bedroom 1: The master suite features stunning, bohemian accents all throughout. It includes a king size bed and full size futon sleeper sofa, plus plenty of storage for your luggage. The master bath is connected and has an all new luxury walk-in shower! It consists of 2 shower heads!

Bedroom 2: As soon as you walk into this room you'll be staring back at your reflection in the floor-to-ceiling, gold mirror! Perfect for helping your group to get ready or a quick selfie! The room consists of 2 queen size beds and plenty of room for your luggage!

Bedroom 3: This room includes 1 twin and 1 queen sized beds. There is plenty of space for all your luggage!

Bedroom 4: Located downstairs are 2 twin size trundle beds. Please note the bunk beds have been removed. This space also features a flat screen TV, table and chairs, highchair, pack n play, and plenty of space for all the kiddos! Please note the staircase is steep and narrow, with a low ceiling; best for children and not those with mobility issues.

☆☆ GAME ROOM ☆☆
Located on the right as soon as you enter! It features a third flat screen TV and more seating! It includes a foosball table, giant connect four, and plenty of games to keep your group occupied!

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
Enjoy the outdoors and sit and relax on the rooftop patio! There is a propane grill provided for your convenience! Cold? No worries! Try the brand new fire table!
