We are 3 minutes from the light rail and 35 to 45 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from I-25 or hiking and biking along the Highline canal. This trail gives you spectacular views of the mountains, nature and weaves through out the metro area.

The bathrooms are newly remodeled, you will love them. The tub is 20" deep and you cna view the stars under the skylight. The master bath also has a skylight and a shower with a rainfall head, wand and 2 jets. You have to experience this setup!

You can enjoy the entire spacious 3500 square foot 2-story home with gardens circling the home, WiFi, meditation pyramid large enough to sit under, hot tub under the stars and close proximity to the interstate and shopping.

This is a quiet family neighborhood which is safe and secure. You will find people will say hello when you are enjoying your lunch under the pergola or watching the sunset from the front porch.

You will be 3 minutes from the Light Rail, Orchard station, located near I-25 and Orchard.
It will only take 35 to 40 minutes to reach Denver International Airport.
Bike and walking trails along the High Line anal are just down the hill.
