Resort Style Family Fun with Guest House

Join us in Colorado on this private 6 acre estate with amenities to explore. Our accommodations include the main house and an optional guest/bunk house. We are located just 15 minutes from the Denver Airport. The main home features 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths home has a back yard for entertaining! Basketball court, sand volleyball court, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, 35-foot swim spa (year round), and hot tub (year round). Everything you need for entertainment in one backyard.

All check in information will be sent by AirBnB before your stay. Front doors have keypad access. We are available by phone/text to answer any questions during your stay.

Please note that the homeowner occasionally stays on site. Homeowner does not share any of the amenities keeping your stay private.

Policies:

- No smoking in the home or interior structures. Smoking in designated outside areas only.

- This property features exterior security cameras on the front porch, the garage, and back porch. These do not look into any interior spaces

The property is beautifully landscaped and will provide plenty of room for entertainment. Inside the main residence you will enjoy a full culinary kitchen, spacious living room, pool table, a theater room, and cozy gas fireplace. We offer wifi for those with tech needs. Perfect for large family gatherings, ski vacations, or secluded getaways.

Main Floor (Ground Level) : Primary Bedroom: King Bed, private bath, jacuzzi tub and shower | Bedroom 2 Full-over-Full Bunk Bed, ½ bath

Upper Floor: Primary Upper Bedroom: King Bed, private full size bathroom (tub and shower) and outdoor balcony access | Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, shared bathroom (Jack and Jill) | Bedroom 5: Queen Bed, shared bathroom (Jack and Jill) | Bedroom 6 Theater Room: Twin-Twin bunk beds and a full bathroom with shower.

If you would like our optional Guest / Bunk house it is set up like a studio apartment with 3 full size beds, TV, Kitchenette and full bathroom walk in shower. Guest house is on the 6 acre property just adjacent to the sand volleyball court.

The main house features outdoor living and dining space equipped with patio furniture and propane heated table, BBQ grill and mini fridge and is just across from a breathtaking outdoor fireplace.

The pool house bar you will find stainless steel countertops, a refrigerator, television, dartboard, shuffleboard and the ever fun Hemmingway ring toss. Attached to the pool house is our 35-foot swim spa and adjacent hot tub. This is open year round and heated. The pool house is surrounded by our outdoor amenities.

The furnished patio is a great place to gather with friends and enjoy Colorado's 300 days of sunshine. Whether you choose to gather around the outdoor fireplace, cook burgers on the gas grill or rest your ski legs on the outdoor couches, the patio is sure to be a centerpiece of your Colorado getaway.
