The space

This spacious home boasts 4 bedrooms and can easily sleep 12+. The downstairs sectional is huge and a welcomed place for kids to crash for the evening…we provide extra bedding.

Plenty of space for everyone with two living spaces, an upper deck, lower patio, large en-suite with private entrance and private patio.

Fun amenities for all ages including a 6 person hot-tub, pool table, ping-pong, foosball, corn hole, lots of games, children’s books, toys and a swing set in a large backyard.

We are centrally located in Arvada in-between Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden and Boulder and just minutes from Olde Town Arvada.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood with a park right across the road and miles of walking and biking trails out the front door.

Your door code and full check in details will be sent several days prior to your arrival. Codes are changed after every check out.

You will have access of this 2500 sq ft home and entire yard with the exception of two supply closets and the furnace room.

Other things to note

The “wood burning” fireplace is only available for use on non-burn ban days. We provide a link in the house manual for guests to check daily on the burn status. Any ban that is not complied with will result in a $500 penalty.

We do have an electric fireplace for use year round.
