This short term home rental exceeded our expectations several times throughout our stay. It was so thoughtfully well stocked with paper products, snacks, coffee cups, cleaning supplies, etc. The hosts really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and welcomed. We were very happy with the location of the property, the parking, and were happy to find that we were within walking distance of a lot of cute businesses and restaurants. My only downside comment is that we found ourselves occasionally frustrated with the 'smart thermostat' as it appeared to be set to crank up the heat overnight and didn't stay where we set it when we went to bed. More than half the nights we stayed in the home, I found myself waking up from feeling too warm. However, this is a minor concern and I believe only occurred because we happened to be staying in the home in July. Cracking the bedroom doors helped the temperature situation. This in no way would discourage us from staying at this property again. Overall A experience. So thankful it was such a good fit for us and allowed pets in a nice, safe fenced backyard. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for a fantastic stay.

My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed our 4-night stay here. Everything was as advertised, and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The fully-fenced back yard was very appreciated for our pup.

April 5 days in Wheat Ridge

The property description is accurate. The price was fair. The home was clean. Only a couple areas for improvement. Hot water barely flows from the bathroom faucet. The Keurig coffee maker only works on the single cup serve side not the whole pot side so we used the french press provided. The bed my wife and I slept in was harder than we liked and may have a little sag in the middle. Nice area to walk around including walks to the Safeway grocery store nearby.

A warm and inviting house in a great location

I needed a house that was close to both Golden/Boulder to the northwest and Englewood to the south. This house was perfectly located. It was also a very warm and inviting place with a nice and safely fenced in yard. The host was quite responsive, and I will certainly stay here again.

Cute place!

The place was just as it described. Clean and cozy. We seemed to have everything we needed. Communication with the owner was quick when we had any questions. I canā€™t say much about the area because we were there to visit with our son so we really didnā€™t get to see the town around us but it seemed like a nice quiet area.

I was very lucky to find this place; Iā€™m impressed how quiet it was and this old house with modern touches was charming to say the least. Had everything I needed plus the owner was very quick to respond to my messages. Great neighborhood!

We loved the local restaurants! The Chalet and Clancyā€™s! The house is great, just as pictured. Small fenced backyard gave our dogs a chance to stretch their legs. No problems whatsoever and so much available within walking distance.

House was cozy and nice. No TV unless one had an app, although it said antenna tv was available we were not able to get the TV to work. Neighborhood was iffy -- in the middle of apartments, had police arresting a vagrant down the block one morning, 2 cars parked on the street with windows broken another night, woman yelling "Crack" at 5 AM several mornings.

Denver trip for our granddaughters wedding.

Really a great house. Close to everything you need. Our service dog had plenty of room in the finced in backyard. Would highly recommend this place. The owner was great.
