The Space:
Step into your private, one-bedroom loft, where modern convenience meets unique character. This unit has two floors and offers a self-contained retreat within a lively building that is also home to local businesses—including a fantastic bakery right next door!
The Main Level
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a sun-drenched living area. The corner windows feature colorful curtains and bench seating, creating a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the light.
Living: Settle onto the new loveseat and enjoy entertainment on the 55" HD Roku TV.
Dining/Workspace: A convenient tall table for two can fold out for extra space or act as a functional workspace. A large wardrobe provides ample storage for your items.
Kitchen & Laundry: The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, featuring a full-sized oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We provide all the plates, cookware, and a Keurig (with coffee/creamer!) to get your mornings started. A combination washer/dryer is tucked right next to the fridge, complete with complimentary detergent.
Bathroom: Past the kitchen, find the updated bathroom, which features a stylish bowl sink, a stand-in shower, and all essential amenities (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and plenty of towels).
The Loft Bedroom
Access to the upper level is via a set of custom, beautiful wood stairs (Note: These stairs are semi-steep and may be difficult for some to climb, but they truly define the loft's character!).
Bedroom: At the top, you'll find the cozy Queen bedroom with a dresser. It includes extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. The loft has an open railing overlooking the unit, but we've added a partition for extra light-blocking and privacy.
Added Comforts
Enjoy free high-speed WiFi and your own dedicated heat and air conditioning via mini-split. This unit is also available for monthly and long-term rentals!

The Ridge@38th is a vibrant, walkable community—a true blend of unique local businesses and residential spaces. Just step across the street to enjoy the brand-new park and playground, or spend the afternoon wandering the streets and visiting the eclectic local shops and eateries.
Getting Around:
The unit is in the same building as a bakery and art framing gallery. Across the street is a new park, a bicycle store and within walking distance are many restaurants, bars and a spa. Lyft and Uber are both also available. Check out RTD-Denver to jump on the bus stop just on the corner of our block!
Other Things to Note:
This is fully self check-in, you'll be given your access code to the front door.
You may park in the street or in the parking lot to the left of the building. There are signs that say 2 hour parking, however, they are not enforced. Park along the building's wall with the flower mural.
For this property, a check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed. This process is quick, simple, and share important property information, and ensure a smooth stay.
