We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Situated on the growing Denver–Boulder corridor, Westminster is easily accessed from either metropolitan area. Westminster has become a burgeoning city with much to offer including fantastic parks, hikes, lakes, shopping districts and much more.

A recently redesigned kitchen anchors the main level, featuring sleek countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a fully stocked coffee and spice station. Five bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across two levels to accommodate up to ten guests. Upstairs, two rooms feature queen beds, while a third offers a twin-over-twin bunk, toys, and a pack-n-play designed with younger travelers in mind. Downstairs, one bedroom includes a queen bed and another has two twin beds, providing flexibility for families or groups of friends. Each floor has a full bathroom with newly tiled walk-in showers, modern fixtures, and plush towels, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.

Step outside to a fenced backyard that feels like an extension of the home.
