This 5bd/3ba house is perfect for a family staycation. There are two levels: a main level and a basement level. It features (1) 5 large bedrooms, (2) an oversized projector screen wall and a bedroom TV, both with free contents, (3) four office space with fast WIFI, (4) pet-friendly fully-fenced backyard with a pet backdoor, (5) family-friendly amenities (pack & play, booster seat, kids tent, teddy bear, baby walker, board games, (6) workout gears for home gym exercises. House Rules:

All guests making a reservation agrees to our house rules as follows:

— NO SMOKING: We have a very strict no-smoking policy (strictly no use of cannabis, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or anything alike). Any traces of smoking inside the property will result in a penalty of $1,000.

— PUT TRASH IN BAG: Unbagged trash is extremely hard to take out and will be subject to extra cleaning fee of $100.

— NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Maximal number of guests allowed is 10, with additional fees added from 6 guests. $500 fine against the rule. Cops will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply.

— QUIET HOURS: 9 pm and 8 am. Keep outside noise low during this time and please move conversations inside. The home is located in a family neighborhood and only suitable for families, business professionals and quieter groups. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Loud, late night disturbances WILL be fined $1,000 accordingly.

— PET RULES: Max. of 2 pets and service animals ($79 per pet, per stay) are allowed inside the property. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property. No pets are allowed in bed. Our yard is fully fenced for your pets to roam, but please do clean up after your pets. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of. Any trace of pet pollution (from poop, pee, and fur) will be subject to a $200 additional cleaning fee. Any pet damage (to furniture, flooring, walls, etc.), once found, will be subject to replacement or repair costs.

— DO NOT leave trash bags in the backyard

— Exterior security cameras monitoring in place

1. The street that home is located on was closed for the duration of our stay, which means there was no on street parking and the road work began before 8:00 every morning.2. The thermostat was never accurate, and needed to be reset because it kept asking for an access code.3. The air conditioning unit is located in the lower level bedroom and runs pretty much non-stop, only turning off for about 15 seconds at a time. In addition, the middle of the night meant hearing the unit drain water, which was basically like listening to someone pee for 3 hours straight.4. There are no fans in the bathrooms. At one point, the lower level bathroom door was opened after a shower and some humid air hit the smoke detector, setting it off. The only way to make it stop was to take the detector off of the wall.5. If you move a bed even slightly, prepare to be amazed by the amount of dirt and debris that is under it.6. The floors have been mopped... in 2024. Maybe 2023.7. The drain pipe from the upstairs bathroom runs directly through a lower level bedroom, so whoever is using that bedroom will definitely know when someone upstairs flushes the toilet.8. Every faucet handle in the house feels like it's about to fall off.9. The floor in the lower level shared closet is covered in blood stains of varying sizes. We kept this door closed.10. Yes, there are beds and indoor plumbing and the appliances work. But the house is dated, the yard isn't maintained and nothing is as described

Nice place, has a pretty yard.

There was pretty major construction on the street the house is on. Was not a problem though. House was clean and well stocked. An upstairs shower plugged up after one shower, so my son used a basement shower which set off a fire alarm. Thankfully the alarm turned off on it’s own as I was there recovering from a major surgery. Convenient neighborhood, and the projector TV in living room was awesome. Overall good experience!

The property did not have a TV. It had a projector that had locked features. One of our friends is an Engineer & he said it did not work with the lock features on. Also it snowed a lot while we were there. I had to shovel snow off the steps & walks for safety reasons. I think that should have been done by a rental co.
