Check-in was actually not good at all. It took ages because there was only ONE attendant at the front desk and there was a creep giving her a hard time, holding up the line, he was clearly trying to get something free or some money back so I do not blame her but I do think it's ridiculous that no one else came out. It was already annoying that I could not check in via the app because it needed an entire hour's notification and we were just under, why it would need so much time is beyond me. Not something you want to deal with after an exhausting day of flying & a long cab ride. Then upstairs, there was NOT a single drop of shower gel, the shower curtain was missing a button & had been hung improperly on the right hand side which I was able to fix but I could not fix the part where the curtain attaches to the liner as it had a missing button. I also thought the showerhead felt cheaply plastic, I was afraid of handling it. Why not have a showerhead with a hose? No secure WiFi connection. The mattress was fantastic, the HVAC in the room was great, the TV was fine. The elevators are fast and reliable. Every staff member we talked to was great! They were friendly and ready to help. Tasty infused water at the ground level and free candy and that candy was actually good and I don't even have a sweet tooth.
It was overall great, check-in was the worst part.
