The Space: Welcome to your Downtown Denver home away from home! This beautifully remodeled loft blends historic charm with modern comfort, offering the perfect setting for extended stays of 30+ days. With vaulted ceilings, stylish décor, and an open layout, it’s an ideal space for both work and relaxation.
Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with sleek concrete counters, stainless appliances, and a spacious dining area. The living space features a large sectional sleeper sofa, 55” smart TV, and cozy reading nooks—plus a private balcony with outdoor seating for enjoying Denver sunsets. Upstairs, retreat to the lofted king suite with an en suite bathroom and generous storage. Downstairs, an additional half bath, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dedicated office space with a desk make it easy to balance work and play.
Please note: • This home is pet-friendly (up to 2 well-behaved dogs, max 50 lbs each, fees apply). Green space is a couple blocks away, so plan for a short walk for pet breaks.
• Parking is not reserved. We recommend arranging your parking plan prior to booking. There are garages and lots nearby, but expect to budget a couple hundred dollars per month if you’ll have a car.
