The one draw back is the pool is still broke. No heat. It advertises heated pool!!

We stay here every time we come to Colorado and these last stays have been good.. only thing tht hasn’t met our expectations is the breakfast.. we went around 7am both days we stayed and by then the breakfast was mostly all gone or not very much to pick from. Other than tht we like it but won’t be returning because the free breakfast is the biggest reason we pick hotels.

Ended up staying for three nights and the various staff members I engaged with were all great. Love the ease of parking and the area felt very safe. I did not, however, enjoy the very strong smell of ethnic food in the hall almost every time I would leave or enter the room. Also, the bathroom floor did not appear to have been cleaned well in the room I stayed in my first night but it was better in my second room. I would probably recommend to others or stay again if the opportunity presents itself again.

Called a week before trip to make sure everything was good to go. Was told there would be no extra deposit for room, and that the pool was up and running. At this time, I was still able to cancel my reservation. Fast forward to the day we show up. They charged my card extra funds with out telling me (for a deposit). And we also found out the pool has been closed for over a month. Not impressed. At this time. No compensation has been offered and our daughter now has to miss out on one of the things she was most excited about. Employees seem to be very unknowledgeable which is disappointing to say the least. Especially there is nothing within a decent distance.

Had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive, particularly Habebah. She was really helpful and provided great service.

One of the nicer La Quintas around. Of course its a modern building so it has no soul. But its new furniture (cheap though) and its clean. So its a good-to-great budget option for the area and Denver at-large

New, clean, excellent staff, good breakfast, easy parking, comfortable bed, very nice really. The only issue we had was with the water pressure in the shower on the 3rd floor. Perhaps it's a universal issue, but the shower pressure was but a trickle from what we are used to at home.

We loved this property. It was super clean and next to a Starbucks. Shopping is a few minutes away but other than that it was quiet for our family

Heater not sealed in wall therefore cold area blew around unit. Breakfast eggs and sausages were always cold no matter if you came down early or late.

Receptionist not always at front desk and difficult to get attended. Everything else, great.

Thank you for your feedback. Our front desk staff does also have to prepare and break down breakfast as well as clean up the breakfast and lobby area. If they cannot be found at the desk, either check the kitchen or be patient and the agent will be right back to assist you. We look forward to seeing you again soon

No toilet paper or towel bars on bathroom no lamp or light in main room and toilet ran all the time. Seems like they ran out of money and never finished the rooms

They have a water filing station but the filter needs to be changed and the elevator was never fixed. We almost got stuck in it. But it is quiet and the staff has been very nice.

The 1st floor button wasn’t working well. Scarey having to go up to another floor to get on another elevator. The beds are very hard. Scrambled eggs at breakfast buffet were ice cold.

Nice hotel overall. What I didn't like was the lack of a light on the desk, there are only lights beside the bed. So trying to work at the desk was difficult. The room was very cold when I checked in. And there was no cleaning service for the 3 nights I was there. I am glad I didn't have a need for any cleaning. Front desk staff was helpful and polite. lobby was clean. The outside grass area at the back of the hotel was covered with dog feces. A doggie station with bags would possibly eliminate that. It was nice the trash can outside the back door was emptied daily so there wasn't trash flying around.

Really nice hotel for a reasonable price. Everything was almost brand new, rooms were stylish and spacious and the breakfast was an added bonus. Safe area and overall good vibes.
