Bedroom 1 – Located on the upper level, this stunning primary suite boasts a luxurious King bed and a serene, open layout. With tasteful décor, plush furnishings and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, it's the ultimate retreat for rest and relaxation.

We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation. •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.

There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure. ✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. Stayed for a business trip and had a combination of family and work colleagues. The house was very well played out to accommodate everyone. Lower level, middle level, and top level all felt like it had optimal privacy options. Multiple living areas, and the bedroom options accommodated our 9 adults and 4 kid combination. They did a great job maximizing the space.
