Awesome location near DCPA and walkable distance to Larimer Square. Staff was awesome, friendly, and helpful. The Nickel brunch was fantastic. Room was nice, modern, and had plenty of outlets and built-in USB chargers.

I arrived at the hotel and found I had accidently selected the following month. The hotel was full the day I arrived which I totally understood. I requested they refund me for the reservation since it was an obvious mistake on my part and they had a full month to book the room I could not use, but Hotel Teatro choose to keep my payment. That is their right but needless to say I will not chose Hotel Teatro on future trips to Denver.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a corner king. The room was very nice and clean. The shower and bathtub were awesome. The bed was so comfortable. Best night sleep that we have had in a hotel. They have complementary coffee and water all day in the lobby. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. The service and food was great. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We will be staying here again for sure!

Historical site with very unique things to enjoy throughout the hotel. Roomy and cozy. Loud unit on rooftop outside of window, but didn't bother me when sleeping. We would stay here again.

We loved the ambience of the hotel with the fireplace in the lobby. We sat there every evening and had our complimentary drink. The room was very large, but we did do an upgrade. In walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! We will definitely stay here again. Oh and staff were all super friendly.

Second stay at Teatro in two visits to Denver. This time it wasn't as sublime as the first time. We ended up in a room behind the elevator when we paid extra for a corner. Staff in office behind desk was playing load music while I was trying to work in the office. We will try somewhere else next time.

Staff was great. Rooms were great but want others to know there is No parking. Had to go across the street into a garage. No microwave in room or in hotel. Everything else was great. I would stay again.

The staff were very polite and helpful, willing to help or at minimum find someone with the correct answers to our questions. The restaurant and bar were very welcoming and cozy. The rooms were spacious and I loved the bathroom tub and shower.
