The bedroom has a KING bed with a Smart TV and a large walk-in closet. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity and plenty of storage space. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances so you and your group are able to cook great meals together in the condo. We provide snacks and a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups. The living room has two comfy couches (one is a Queen Sleeper Sofa) and a Smart TV.

We provide guests with the ability to check in on their own, but are able to communicate throughout your entire stay. We also live close by if anything is needed. We are always a message or call away.

Our cleaners are working very hard to safely sanitize the home between stays. If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm.

If we can accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, it is $25 per hour.

-VRBO reservations will require a signed rental agreement. In addition, a pre-authorization on the credit card will be held three days prior to the arrival date. This is NOT a charge, just a pre-authorization and if there is no damage after check-out, the pre-authorization will drop off two days after checkout. Just like a hotel does.
