Golden Gateway – Walk to Trails & Red Rocks

Luxurious home conveniently located in a quiet block in historic downtown Golden, where a 3-minute walk along the Clear Creek nature trail will take you to galleries, coffee shops and boutiques. Easy access to the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Colorado Railroad Museum, world-class ski areas, Casinos in Black Hawk, Denver and Boulder, makes Golden an ideal location for travelers.

This is 1 of 2 homes built in Colorado with the surplus of bricks that was used to build the famous Union Station train depot in Downtown Denver. Lots of history here!

There are 3 bedrooms, with 3 beds that sleep 2 people each. If you have more than 6 guests, the other sleeping options would be the couch or an air mattress for these additional guests. Just please let us know ahead of time if you want this set up as well as extra blankets and linens for anyone over 6 guests.

Occupancy of the unit is limited to four (4) unrelated persons.


The entire upstairs area is 100% for guest use. There is an office downstairs that will be used occasionally by the business next door. But they have direct access to the basement from the exterior of the house.

Tours are available at the Coors Brewery as well as at numerous historic sites dating from pioneer days.

Golden is very walkable and bike friendly!

Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, no pets, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.

If you are requesting early check-in or late check-out, do make sure to message us to see if this is possible. We will do our best to be accommodating, but communication is key.

Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.
Non-smoking home
This is a 100% smoke-free unit (including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana).
If any smoking happens indoors, a $500 fee applies.

No pets
We love animals but cannot host them here.Any pets brought without approval will result in a $500 fee.

Quiet hours
Quiet hours run 11pm to 7am.
No loud music, no disturbances, and no unauthorized gatherings. Registered guests only unless approved in advance.

Early check-in / late checkout
Available by request only.
Must be approved ahead of time… fees may apply. Message us if you’d like to inquire.


Cleanliness expectations
Treat the home with care.
Please tidy up spills, food, and major messes. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.


Security and safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Only use appliances for their intended purposes.

Occupancy
Stay within the booking’s stated guest count.
No unregistered overnight guests without prior approval.

No tampering with systems
Do not disable or unplug connected devices (Wi-Fi equipment, smoke detectors, etc.).
Do not change HVAC settings beyond the normal range.
