We rented this home for my daughter graduation party. The yard is very big and the home is very comfortable makes you feel like your at home. I highly recommend this property. We will for sure return for other events or just for a nice get away.

everything was ok but the charger for cleaning and went I got to the house was not that clean. And the water stinks so bad that the house smells like eggs and the outside looks like somebody vomit and the not cleaning

I booked this place for an event. My son graduated and everything came out great. The house, the location the ranch, i mean everything about it is amazing. Would definitely give it a 10/10. Highly recommended.

This is my second time booking for an event & I recommend it 100%! We love that we can enjoy our weekend stay here as well when having an event right in the back yard! Jodie is a great host & is always attentive if we need something! Such a cozy spot.

We used this location for a grad party. It's close to town. It has a huge yard great for hosting! When it was all done me and my family spent the night. We would definitely recommend and use again for a large party.

Nice property, easy access. Close to places we needed to go. Management people very accommodating. Storm had shorted out some electrical, fixed next day. Found that it had also taken out fridge - they brought out a temp fridge on Christmas eve - and put a new one in next business day. Who does this? I am very impressed with their dedication and help. Thank you for saving our holiday with our family!!!

This Todd Creek Farmhouse was a perfect place for our family Thanksgiving. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and 3 dogs. The kids had fun in the backyard and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings

I love throwing family events at this place itā€™s perfect size especially outside ! We have done 3 of them already here and each time everything was perfect ! The only thing that wasnā€™t the best was the cleanliness of the place , there was spider webs behind doors and window inside the place and the bathroom door had stuff splattered on it and wasnā€™t wiped off but other then that place was great

We loved the place not only are the property mgrs very easy going and honest the place is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely take the time to watch the sunset in the back yard the view is amazing!

This property is beyond amazing. We rented the house and property to host a 15th birthday (quince). We had plenty of space for over 200 guests. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant. The house had lots of room for my family of 5. We stood in the house for 4 days. I highly recommend this property for a stay and/or event. Our family will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked the quiet and privacy it offered. The house was clean and had plenty of space for us. We didnā€™t realize there wasnā€™t any air upstairs, being from GA it was a shock but we made it work with no issues. We even got to play cowboy a couple of times with curious baby calves. Thanks for an amazing experience.

This place was fantastic! Very clean and comfy with everything you needed. In a great location, so peaceful and quiet My teenage girls loved it . So much room for a nice sleepover with their friends ! Jodie was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She is so nice and went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. She answered any questions I had via email and text in a fast manner .It was a easy check in and out . My family will definitely be back .
