The host keeps her guest needs at the forefront. Host is great communicator. This property is everything you could ask for. The modern farm house is so charming with a wrap around porch & beautiful view. Pastoral setting in a very convenient location. Highly recommend!

We highly, highly recommend this VRBO! It was a clean, classy, and modern farmhouse, and also open and spacious. And did I mention clean?! We didnā€™t see any dust in the whole space! It is well appointed with supplies, and we absolutely loved the interior design and decorations. Each room had solid, quality furniture, with its owned themed decor. While it is accessible to restaurants, stores, and the main highways, it is tucked back in a quiet space, with a private drive. We didnā€™t hear any noise from town, but yet youā€™re close to the main roads in less than 10 minutes. We loved being able to easily roll into and park in the garage; a unique feature for a VRBO. It was lovely sitting on the porch, watching the horses across the way and the dogs playing, while the birds were singing. We also had some pretty sunsets with the mountains as a backdrop. The check-in and check-out processes were also clearly defined and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. 5 Stars across the board!

Whatā€™s perfect place to get away from the city, the views are spectacular! What a perfect place, fantastic kitchen and bedrooms are spacious and cozy! We will definitely make it a point to stay here when we are back in town. The owners were fantastic and very communicative. I highly recommend this place!

The Farmhouse was a perfect place for us to stay to celebrate our granddaughter's high school graduation since it was close to family in Parker. We shared the house with our daughter and son-in-law from California. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space and found everything we needed during the week. The views were beautiful and the house was very clean.

The Farmhouse was awesome -- even better in real life than the pictures. The host, Sharon, was fantastic. Responsive and went above and beyond shipping something home to me that I accidentally left there. Will definitely stay again next time we visit our niece in Lone Tree!

Our family loved spending time at the farmhouse. It is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. The quiet and serene setting was the icing on the cake. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing basic meals. There's a Trader Joe's, King Sooper's, and Costco within a 10 minute drive, as well as many restaurants. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. We enjoyed the sunsets in the evening, and watching the horses in the morning. Nice place for walking. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to the Denver area.

My brothers and I had a long weekend with just us. It was great. For the first time in over 50 years we were together ā€œaloneā€. The Farmhouse was the perfect location for us. Space, beauty, amenities galore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse! It was very clean and the floor plan was perfect for our group of 4. The location in Parker was great for us to be able to visit many different places in Colorado. It snowed on and off throughout the week and they kept the drive plowed so we didnā€™t have an issue coming and going. Shannon and Kevin were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly. *The beds were very comfortable!If we are ever back in this area we would love to stay here again.

Our wintery wonderland at the Farmhouse was unparalleled! From detailed arrival instructions, to gracious driveway snowplowing ensuring these southern-based travelers could safely navigate Colorado weather conditions, Shannon and Kevin thought of everything! Donā€™t miss this gem of a space when you are visiting colorful Colorado. We were warmly welcome and the care we received while guests of the Farmhouse was exceptional. Thank you!

We had an AMAZING stay here for my husbandā€™s 40th birthday. The owners were more than helpful and available for any questions or needs we had. They even cleared the driveway of snow before we headed out for the day. I couldnā€™t have asked for a better experience!

Loved the place! It's designed for travelers. Two bedrooms with separate baths and a large living area to convene for conversations and game nights. The view is great, and you feel like you are in the country - but civilization is nearby and it's only a couple of minutes to the nearest Target, Walgreens or whatever other needs you have. We have family in the area, so we'll definitely be back!!

The house is furnished beautifully and not ā€œcheapā€. It is very comfortable with everything we needed. The view is outstanding with deer and horses on the countryside. The house is only a few minutes from downtown Parker, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We were here to attend the Nutcracker at the Pace Center and it took only about 7 minutes to get there.

A Wonderful Property! You can enjoy quiet Seclusion only minutes from freeway, shopping and services. The Property is well maintained, Clean, updated, and comfortable. 2 Bedrooms with full bath in each Kitchen , eating and living area combined in Well Done Open Concept. The house is located on the property of the owners, but once inside you cannot even SEE the main house and the view is spectacular! The owners were easy to communicate with, responsive thru VRBO and while we stayed there. We look forward to staying with them again
