You have the entire unit to yourself, your own private entrance, and your own fully fenced backyard. The property is one half of a duplex, with a long-term tenant in the adjacent unit. You won't share any indoor spaces, entrances, or outdoor areas with them.

The home is designed around warm, comfortable Colorado living. Three bedrooms with hotel-quality bedding and blackout curtains, a fully stocked kitchen, a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The living area is open and social, the kind of space that you and your group will gravitate toward naturally. The Backyard:

A Few Things Worth Knowing:
This is a duplex unit. You have completely private use of the unit, entrance, and backyard, but there is a long-term tenant living in the adjacent unit. It is a quiet residential property, and we ask that guests respect the neighborhood and keep noise at a reasonable level, especially late at night.

The property includes space for 2 vehicles in the driveway at no charge. Groups arriving with more than 2 cars will need to use street parking, which is generally available in the neighborhood but not guaranteed. We recommend coordinating carpools if your group is bringing more than 2 vehicles.

Dogs are welcome but must stay off the furniture. Please clean up after your dog in the yard. Dogs only, no other pets.

Self check-in via smart lock means you can arrive any time after check-in opens. We will send your door code and full arrival instructions 48 hours before your stay.

We respond to messages quickly, usually within the hour. If anything comes up during your stay, reach out and we will handle it!

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire 3-bedroom unit, including the fully fenced backyard with patio, fire pit, grill, and lawn games stored in the shed. The driveway provides 2 parking spots. The other side of the duplex is occupied by a long term tenant and is not part of the rental. Please respect the shared property line and noise levels in outdoor areas.

Other things to note:
This home is one side of a duplex with a long-term tenant residing in the adjacent unit, so please be considerate with noise, especially in the backyard during quiet hours (10 PM-8 AM). A decibel-only noise monitor (no audio recording) and a doorbell camera at the front entry are installed for security and noise compliance. The home is dog-friendly and we welcome up to 2 dogs. Please disclose your dogs at booking. The property is strictly non-smoking.
