Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house and backyard, except for a few locked cleaning closets. The driveway fits 4 to 6 cars, and there's plenty of street parking too (just please don't block the neighbors' driveways).



The Neighborhood:

This location is in a culdesac so there is not much traffic outdoors which makes this place pretty quiet! The neighborhood is filled with all types of people from various places leading to a nice diverse spot. Close to downtown, and very close to Tennyson.



Getting Around:

This unique home is in a great location with:



-Walkability to the restaurants/brewery on Lowell Blvd, and public transit



-Minutes to get to Tennyson shops/restaurants and parks.



-Quick access to I-70 for easy commute to the mountains or downtown.



Other Things to Note:

Guest pricing: the nightly rate covers up to 12 guests. Each additional guest is $30/night. Airbnb only lets you select up to 16 guests when booking, so if your group is larger than 16, book for 16 and message us. We'll send a reservation update for the extra guests.



Any snacks and beverages in the house are all complimentary and available to eat and drink.

Interaction with Guests:

We reply via chat 24/7! Our on-site team works 10 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time, and our after-hours team has you covered overnight and outside those hours.
