The Space: Zuni Lofts LoHi Zuni Lofts is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler.
All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as: designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hellloooo views!) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).
Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to literally anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer’s Market each Sunday to the city’s best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.
Immediately upon walking into this lifestyle loft, you will be overwhelmed with the indescribable feeling of… time off to do you.
The spacious designer-grade kitchen greets you upon entry with its contemporary classic finishes and white marble countertops. We specifically designed this kitchen to fit the needs of the modern traveler’s lifestyle, regardless if you’re staying for just a weekend or one month.
Kitchen amenities include: • Toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, Oster blender, professional-grade knife set, and Pyrex food storage containers • Assorted spices and olive oil from sustainable, zero-waste industry leader, Public Goods • Locally-owned, organic, and fair-trade coffee from Boulder-based, female-owned, Wild Barn
There is seating for four at the kitchen counter, and additional seating for four more at the dining room table, which can be found in the middle of the open-concept floor plan. Both surfaces make for great in-loft workspaces if you plan on working remotely during your stay.
The natural sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows illuminates the contemporary cool modern interiors and invites you to settle into the comfortable couch for some well-deserved, and oh so needed, rest and relaxation.
Just outside of the living area is one of the best parts of the loft- the super spacious, private balcony with, you guessed it, mountain views! This is the perfect, peaceful place to read a book or meditate during the day and admire the cotton candy Colorado sunsets over the Rocky Mountains at night.
Into the spacious master suite, you will find sexy contemporary interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows. These windows have the same view as the balcony which allows you to stargaze at the beautiful evening sky from bed. For anyone who has read ‘Goodnight Moon’, this book quite literally comes to life from this bedroom.
The en-suite bathroom attached to the bedroom is larger than life and offers dual sinks, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and luxe bath products by the sensorial bathing company, Le Labo. Off of the bathroom is a huge walk-in closet, big enough to fit literally anything you could’ve possibly packed. If you plan on traveling with outdoor gear, you will have tons of space for it here.
The additional half bath off of the kitchen makes this loft ideal for groups who decide to take advantage of this offering.

These forty-four different partnerships allow our guests to have a plethora of benefits available to them while out and about in LoHi- such as discounts and promo codes for food, drinks, wellness, art, etc. In return, this helps to support our local economy and lifts up our neighbors.
Local Artist-Inspired We've collaborated with local artists to create a space for guests which is reflective of the creative energy of Denver's art community. In our lofts, you will find pieces from Denver-based artists: Sam Prudden, Nikita Coulombe, and Becky Pollard.

But first, coffee! Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are also close by and are equally as great.
We are also surrounded by the city’s best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc.
Vacation Libations anyone? Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avante, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations.
Traveling with kids? Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!
Retail Therapy: There are many located rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.
Music Lover: Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.
Connect with Nature: If you’re into mother nature, you will love running, walking, biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan’s Lake being the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.
We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

Absolutely excellent in regards to location and response time from Effortless Stay. Amenities all worked wonderfully and anything needed was already provided. Will look for Effortless Stay for all future bookings in the state of Colorado without a doubt!

Great apartment
This was a great apartment for a week long stay. Everything was clean, the kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our dinners. The large bathroom and walk in closet were also great amenities. Hosts were available via message the entire stay.

The location was convenient and enjoyable. The property was as pictured, very new and very clean. Washer and dryer came in handy as did the large walk in closet.
