DO NOT STAY HERE. You've been warned. DANGEROUS STAIRS, NO HANDRAIL, AND NO FIRE EXTINGUISHER. ALL FOUR OF US TRIPPED DOWN THE STAIRS AND ONE FELL. No inspection was ever done. SEE PHOTOS. Unit is not a bungalow, but a basement with three bedrooms and one open area for the living/dining room. DAMAGED RUG - WE TRIPPED ON THAT TOO. Bathroom/shower located at the top of the stairs, is not up to code, ledge is 6-8" high to step into. Trash everywhere outside. BARKING DOG AND HEAVY FOOTSTEPS UPSTAIRS. Ironic since they have a No Pets policy, and not separate ventilation and didn't disclose for those guests with allergies. NO SEPARATE ENTRANCE, NOT EVEN A DOOR TO THE UNIT, and the upstairs people can walk right in. We couldn't even hear each other talk because of the noise upstairs. We did not feel safe, and we did not stay, but they kept all of our money. BAD NEIGHBORHOOD! We learned after we left from someone who lives a few doors down that it's a bad neighborhood and unsafe. It's not close enough to Red Rocks to take a chance. Go elsewhere.
