The perfect retreat for families - 2 living rooms means both the adults and the kids have space to hang out, watch movies or play video games, a spacious yard to run around in or relax in after a day of exploring, shopping and eating/drinking your way through downtown Littleton (or Denver).

Main floor features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and an office/nursery (we've got a crib and blackout curtains to help your little one sleep soundly).

The basement has 2 bedrooms, a full bath as well as its own living room and a kitchenette.

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to breweries, restaurants, walking trails and green space. Hit downtown Littleton (5 minute drive or 20 minute walk) or Downtown Denver (30 minutes on lightrail, 20 minutes driving) in 30 minutes or less.

We appreciated the thoughtful set-up of this property. The nursery with crib, toys, books, and stuffed animals was a hit with our 6 and 2 yr old. The downstairs rooms worked well for grandparents. We used the laundry multiple times and it worked great.

My family of 4 adults stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Having the downstairs bedroom/bath/living area made for a perfect separation of space after full days of sightseeing together. The location was good for being able to take day trips to Garden of the Gods, Boulder, Golden, Pikes Peak, and downtown Denver. King Sooper is nearby and had all our grocery needs. While it would not prohibit us from staying there again, the rugs/upholstery could use a little cleaning as well as little details like dusting corners and cleaning behind toilets. Things like having an air fryer, coffee pod machine, tea/water kettle, and boxes of tissues made up for the little bit of housekeeping that was lacking.

Host was generally responsive. There was a leak/mold issue under the kitchen sink which was obviously long term. The driveway, front steps and entrance were broken, uneven and potentially hazardous.

This house was cute and was incredibly family friendly with everything you could need for little and tons of games and things to do for bigger kids. I will say that it wasn’t the cleanest and the dishwasher was full when we got there. Overall a great stay, pretty close to downtown Littleton.

The house was suitable for our 6 family members. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quite. Close to some good restaurants. House needs some TLC as there were quite a few things that were forgotten to get cleaned from the prior guests and quite a lot of cobwebs that should have been easy to clean. But all in all, it was a good place to stay.

Perfect home base for the 'extra' family members for our family reunion. We especially loved the delightful, stand alone nursery room and the overhead fans. Also, so nice to have the coffee all stocked and the gift wine bottle. Very thoughtful.We didn't see check out instructions, but tried to leave the place in good shape for the cleaners and stacked our towels for laundry.Thanks!

Littleton Family Friendly

This home was perfect for us, Grandparents, Parents, Aunt and one year old. A little rough on the outside but perfect on the inside. A separate room for the baby was perfect and being able to have two distinct living areas worked well. We enjoyed walking around Littleton visiting Breckenridge Brewing and a family wedding over a weekend.

Be aware it’s dirty - Rented 12/29/24 to 1/3/25

Positives: The host, Nick was communicative about the check in and check out process. The house was spacious and had enough space for 4-8 people plus a room with a crib. Location was ok, neighborhood was older but nearby shopping made up for it. The weather was great so we spent most of our time outside of the house during the day. Negative: It was DIRTY. I had to buy new bedding for all 3 rooms on the main floor (mattress cover, fitted sheet, blanket & pillow case) because the bedding had hair and stains all over everything in the rooms. The kitchen sink had old food stuck to the grate, dirty dishes and utensils were put away in cabinets, there was old food in cabinets and in the fridge/freezer. Even the “Welcome” binder had dried up food crumbs on it. The washer had black mold/sludge in the rubber seals so I couldn’t wash the dirty bedding or my children’s/my clothes. The dryer vented poorly into the stairwell to the basement/backyard. The floors were so filthy that it made our feet black so we had to wear socks for the entirety of the stay. Even after cleaning the floors myself,the house was continuously dirty from the unmaintained foliage outside and the dust filled vents constantly turning on. When I messaged Nick, he asked for pictures as if I was lying and later stated the cleaning lady was at the house late due to her son’s birthday party. No refund was offered by Nick or received by me. Overall, we checked out over 24 hours early. We would NOT stay here again.

Family stay for Red Rocks graduation

We booked this charming house based on the location and property photos and it did not disappoint! The fenced back yard and patio with outdoor seating gave my 2 year old grandson a place to run and play while we were able to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. The host is very responsive and answered all my questions during my selection process!

Great for families!

This is a great stay for families with children. My kids loved the toys and games that were available. The home was clean and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the house had several amenities. The host was prompt and check in was a breeze. If our travels bring us back to Littleton we will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Stay in Littleton

We arrived from the East Coast and found the home very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us and the working class neighborhood was very peaceful. We would certainly stay here again when we return to Colorado! Thank you!

Long Weekend to visit Family

The house was super; we used all 4 bedrooms and everyone slept well, it was clean and comfortable and well appointed. One morning we had to make breakfast in and every utensil and pan we needed was right there. Location worked well, there is a coffee shop within walking distance along with a good Mexican restaurant, Don Juan’s. Neighborhood was nice and easy to walk around in. Nick provided simple instructions for check in and checkout. We’d stay here again if we are in the area. Also, If you are looking for good pizza and wings, Walter’s was very good.

Littleton Thanksgiving

The house was very clean and worked perfect for our family. It was very close to downtown Littleton and close to our son’s home. The room with the crib was perfect for our granddaughter! Kitchen worked for what we needed. Downstairs was perfect for separation from our kids. My only complaint would be no headboard on the main bedroom downstairs making it hard not to lose your pillow at night. Overall, it was the perfect place for what we were looking for!

Feel "deceived "

When we arrived the street in front of the house was torn up for water line replacement. For most of our stay we had to park 2-3 blocks away and carry things to the house. The owners said they were totally surprised that there was any construction going on. The neighbors told us they were informed of the project by mail weeks in advance with a final notification 1-2 days before the project commenced. The neighbors also said that the project started days before our arrival with the placement of "no Parking" signs, construction equipment, etc..

Nice Property and Good Location for our needs

Accommodations were perfect for our 6 family members attending a wedding in Littleton. Also enjoyed the nearby Botanical Gardens at Chatfield Farms.
