The home includes a private 2-car garage. However, RVs, trailers, and campers are not allowed on the property or in the community per HOA rules.

Conveniently located between Downtown Denver and Denver International Airport, the area offers easy access to Anschutz Medical Campus, Children’s Hospital Colorado, Northfield shopping and dining, and major highways for commuting or exploring the city.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from this Central Park location. The home includes a detached 2-car garage plus additional free street parking nearby. Guests are just minutes from I-70, I-225, and Peña Blvd, making it convenient to reach Downtown Denver, Denver International Airport, the Anschutz Medical Campus, and nearby attractions. Central Park Station is also close by, offering RTD light rail access to downtown and the airport without needing to drive. The neighborhood is very walkable with parks, trails, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby.

We offer early check-in and late check-out when available. This depends on whether another guest is arriving the same day, as we prioritize a thorough professional cleaning between stays. Please request in advance so we can coordinate with our cleaning team.

Your home will be professionally cleaned and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries before arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an added fee—perfect for extended stays.



🐾 Pet Policy

Traveling with dogs? We gladly welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (permitted breeds only) for a $150 pet fee. Pets must be leashed in common areas, never left unattended unless crated, and pet waste must be promptly cleaned up. 🐶

This is a privately owned home, not a hotel—please treat it with care. While we strive to respond promptly to all issues, no one lives onsite. If anything comes up during your stay, message us right away so we can help.

Just like a hotel check-in, we’ll verify your ID and secure your stay—except it’s all online and easy to do on your phone! We use a trusted system called Happy Guest, where you’ll complete a rental agreement, ID verification, and choose one of two options to secure your stay:



1.) Place a $1,000 hold on your card (not charged, just a hold)

2.) OR purchase a $60 incident coverage policy and skip the hold entirely



Arrival instructions are sent only after completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
