"I was SO HAPPY to find this diamond in the rough!! We have never been in the Denton area and my Grandaughter had a dance convention at the Embassy Suites. This home was about 7 minutes away and a straight shot down Panhandle. (The street). The home was beautiful, clean (huge plus), spacious bedrooms, quite cozy. It was easy access to all of our needs. Towels were as thin as Kleenex (except there were no Kleenex anywhere). Nothing but overhead lighting in the living room, so it is either pitch dark or you are performing surgery.
