Raylea Retreat

Located in the pristine Coastal town of Denmark, Raylea Retreat has everything you need, and more, to enjoy your getaway in the Great Southern. This double story 4-bedroom home has a large fully equipped kitchen and open plan living with a fireplace it has plenty of room for everyone in your family! Surrounded by Karri Trees and with a beautiful view of the Wilson Inlet, spend your days in the nearby rivers, inlets, beaches and national parks, it really is a place for memories, conversations and relaxation.

Upstairs has the master room with a king bed, ensuite with bathtub, shower, toilet, and hairdryer PLUS a veranda off the front to enjoy the spectacular views. The single room is designed for the kids in mind with a single bed with a trundle. Games and toys supplied. Finally a fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer and access to the back decking area.
Downstairs you will find a queen room as well as a bunk bedroom with a double at the base and a single above. The downstairs is a great kidā€™s space with a separate lounge room. Another shower, bathtub and toilet downstairs complete downstairs. The home is fully equipped for 6 guests, including all linen and towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
We welcome your fur family as we think they are an important part of the family unit.
Raylea Retreat is our family holiday home, our little bit of paradise away from the city. We hope you enjoy sharing this fantastic place and hope you keep it nice for ourselves and other guests.

Fantastic property

Perfect holiday accommodation in ideal location for exploring Denmark and surrounding areas. Short walk from house to trail along Wilson inlet, ideal for dog walking. Lots of other dog friendly walks around, and helpful information given at the nearby information centre. We enjoyed a beautiful walk along the coast at Lights Beach especially as it was also a lovely sunny day. Altogether a marvellous few days, thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay! We come down to Denmark often, but this time we had our in-laws visiting from Estonia ā€” it was their first time in Australia, and I honestly wish we had discovered this house stay sooner. The location is stunning, the property is beautifully maintained, and you can really tell how much care and attention to detail has gone into everything.A special thank you for the small welcome gifts ā€” such a thoughtful touch that made us feel really looked after. We also really appreciated that the house is dog-friendly ā€” our pup had the best time exploring and relaxing alongside us.While the internet wasnā€™t working during our stay, we used my phone as a hotspot, so it didnā€™t impact our experience at all. Everything else was truly perfect.Thank you for sharing your beautiful family holiday home with us. We have created core memories here and it has become a special place in our hearts. Both the house and the location were terrific. The house is beautifully appointed and the owners have provided everything to make your stay perfect. We are photographers and loved going out on the porch and getting great shots of the resident birds who are everywhere. The house has plenty of room to spread out and find your own space. Thanks for a great stay! We highly recommend!

Super comfortable, luxurious and homely in a spectacular location

Raylea Retreat is a fabulous holiday home in an amazing location. It is situated in the Karri forest along the shores of the Wilson inlet, which is accessible using a short walking trail close to the house. Although in the forest, the property itself has no Karri trees on it so the house is quite light and bright. You see an amazing array of birdlife from the balcony. The house has everything you need, including an air fryer and pod coffee machine. The beds are super comfortable with plenty of extra blankets if needed. The washing machine is huge and there is a tumble dryer and also a big washing line. The home is very spacious. There are great facilities for cats and dogs, including an enclosed back garden for dogs, enclosed walkways and balcony for cats and even pet toys. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Very reasonably priced for what you get. We will definitely return.

The Burtons' Denmark

My wife and I and 2 friends from Brisbane spent 6 very relaxing and restful days in the perfect home away from home.It had everything we needed, not like some holiday venues which only have the minimal amount things.Space to gather without being on top of each other and space to have personal quite time. We actually said that it would be the perfect Christmas holiday venue.The master suite was perfect.The downstairs accommodation could do with better heating for those cold winter nights.The kitchen was as good as our kitchen in our own homes.The location is perfect for reaching out and exploring Denmark and the south coast of the state.

We were blown away by the personal touches throughout the property and the functioanlity of the home. I had read the reviews, but was still cautious and overpacked for items I thought I would need for our christmas stay. I needed nothing, everything was provided - including a christmas tree.
