A staff member came to the room I was assigned to with a new key which didn't work either and had to wait in the hallway to be assigned to another room at the other end of the hallway. My room was horrible, stains on the bed sheets, the floor was very dusty and dirty, and smelled very fowl. The sink in the bathroom, would not drain and the shower would not produce hot water. My room after my first night stay, was not...
