The impressive view over Deniá, its castle, the port and the beautiful beaches, as well as the sea can already be admired from the car parking area that the property has.

The villa is located on a large plot of land with palm trees, cacti, oleanders, olive trees, and pistachio trees and can be reached through a few steps. These lead to the main entrance and the large solarium terrace with an outdoor shower and the 8x4 meter pool. Again, the views are fantastic.

It has 2 bedrooms on the main floor, a bathroom, an open-concept kitchen with dining area, and a living room integrated with a fireplace.

Through the patio door of the living room, you can access the large sun and shade terrace. Here you will find a comfortable resting corner where you can once again enjoy these impressive views.

The location of the villa is far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the center of Denia, the port, or the beautiful beaches.
You can walk to bars and shops, but a car is recommended due to the mountain slopes.
