The urbanization is located on Carretera de Las Marinas km 5 in Denia, near the Les Fonts area, the Consum supermarket and a pharmacy. The penthouse has a large terrace where you will enjoy its wonderful views of the Montgo and the Sierra de Segarria. In addition to its views, you will enjoy lunch or dinner on its covered terrace or simply having a drink enjoying the Denia sunsets. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. The community pool with children's pool and the community garden are ideal for a family with children. The bus stop is very close to the residential complex, so you can get to the center of Denia with its shops, restaurants and bars without the need for a car, but there is also a covered parking space inside the residential complex. The proximity to the beach and the supermarket is ideal for those who do not want to use the car much.
