Nice apartment next to the Denia beach

This precious 50 m² apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people (maximum 3 adults).

It is located in the Las Marinas area, very close to the urban centre of Denia.

Upon entering, we find the spacious living room/dining room/kitchen, all furnished with great taste. The property has wifi, TV and air conditioning/heat pump in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant, it has: ceramic hob, fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.

In the first bedroom, we find a 1.35cm bed. The second bedroom has a double bed, next to which is the bathroom with a shower.

From the living room, going up the spiral staircase is the terrace, which has a hatch with hydraulic suspensions to open it. This fantastic terrace has a barbecue, outdoor furniture and sunbeds, where you can enjoy the sunny summer days.

The urbanisation where it is located has outdoor parking, mini golf, children's park, walking areas and a communal swimming pool, for both adults and children. The pool will be open for swimming from 15.06 to 15.09.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
