The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant, it has: ceramic hob, fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.In the first bedroom, we find a 1.35cm bed. The second bedroom has a double bed, next to which is the bathroom with a shower.From the living room, going up the spiral staircase is the terrace, which has a hatch with hydraulic suspensions to open it. This fantastic terrace has a barbecue, outdoor furniture and sunbeds, where you can enjoy the sunny summer days.The urbanisation where it is located has outdoor parking, mini golf, children's park, walking areas and a communal swimming pool, for both adults and children. The pool will be open for swimming from 15.06 to 15.09.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included.
